Where to start!! The place is a joke!!! We use to love going there and got free rooms and meals all the time .. The machines paid good and had a blast . But this weekend we went for my wife's birthday and the room was 170.00 and wasn't worth 25.00!!! Floor had holes in it,the heater didn't work,elevator wasn't working!! Spent over 400.00 in the casino and didn't win anything!! Didn't hear of anyone else winning either!!! The buffet use to be decent but know is sucks!! Cooks have no idea how to cook half the stuff! The cafe has had half the menu taken away!! I wouldn't even give them a 1 star but it's the only way I could post!! You would think being a loyal customer for over 10 years they would contact you and make it right! But they will just probably just ignore this .

The buffet is pretty good. The lights in my room didn't work but that was ok because i didn't really use them. The dealers at the tables were really friendly and the cocktail waitresses were sweet.

The Wendover Nugget has really great service staff. The hotel is older but priced reasonable. The rooms and decor could probably use a remodel. The casino floor is nice with great dealers and table games.

I always love to visit the Nugget when we are in Wendover for concerts or gaming. We can often get affordable hotel rooms and usually enjoy the slots and tables. One unfortunate thing is that Their website where players access could use a complete overhaul and always seems to be down or under maintenance and if u even try to check in 10 minutes early they send you away. .then when you arrive back at 3 you are in live with 50 other people...definitely could use some adjustments to accomodate guests. Over all it is a great affordable choice

The Nugget has new owners. They are working on improvements. New machines, better food, improved comps. But the best thing about the Nugget is rather it is an owner a bartender a slot person they treat you like you are a high roller. I love their people.

Had a fun time, New machines. .spent the night. Staff was nice. Went for my Birthday month. Got my free play and my Birthday cake to bring home. Huge. Was sad my friend didn't get hers which i didn't understand. New owners new rules but hoping for good things when improvements are made.

I stay at this hotel every time I'm in wendover. Granted there are better places to stay, but they're overpeiced. Truth is as far as bang for your buck. You get the best value here. Big tip! Reserve an "atrium suite" preferably with the hot tub. (They're literally big enough to swim in. We have fit 10 people in one before)

Really run down rooms. The black out curtain did not meet plus big holes in it. Definitely did not keep out the light. No towell rack in the bathroom, just putty over the holes where it was. Blue painters tape holding things ti the wall. No in room coffee pot. They couldn't find original reservation at check in so made new reservation but ended up being charged a no show. They did day they would take it off but won't know for a week or so. Staff was so unprofessional at check in, did not acknowledge that I was even there. Put me in a room that was already occupied, didn't know this until after 2 trips back to the front desk for keys that didn't work. I got a coupon on line for half off so I paid 60 thank goodness, if I had to pay rack rate would have been a joke for the condition.

Nice hotel. Much has Been remodeled and re-done in the main part of the hotel. If you stay here I suggest you get a sweet it is definitely worth a few extra dollars you pay. The staff is not overly friendly and that is the only reason I did not give it five stars. The buffet is mediocre at best. The martini bar inside is nice and makes a pretty decent drink at a reasonable rate as well. First hotel on the strip that’s why we chose it and happy we did.

One of my favorite places for some me time on a Keno machine! There's a STARBUCKS , Restaurants, authentic tacos, a dance floor, Bars upstairs& down.I love the gift shop! Rooms come with coupons or vouchers to spend in the Casino!Nice clean rooms ..
