Parasol Down

Worse service ever! I can't believe it is Vegas. Was waiting forever to order then even longer to get a bill. It wasn't even busy. The waitress completely didn't care. I'm shocked. Nice view but the service is the worst so far I experienced in Vegas.

Parasol Down

Dont get rose'. To sharp and bitter (They actually traded it out for free) Get pinot grigio around eleven thirty at parasol down, go outside so you can catch the last two light shows at Lake of Dreams. Order "the Dream" outside which has a hibiscus flower in it! It was beautiful, with perrier jouet, gran brut, and hibiscus. They make it strong too! Sit back and enjoy! To losing a lot of money, walking miles, and vegas shenannigans as a whole this was my favorite experience. So calm at night. Sad note but obvious: Beware of cigar smokers because it is open air open smoking

Parasol Down

Nice cocktail stop in the middle of the Wynn. Actually 2 different bars. Up is louder because it is on the main floor of the casino. Down is below and a slightly quieter, intimate spot. Up is great for people watching, down is great for conversation. Typical cocktail/beer menu you would expect. Small bites served in Down, unsure if there is food at Up.

Parasol Down

This place is beautiful and colorfully decorated, fancy, I loved the idea that kids after not allowed on the patio, but the service was poor, perhaps short on staff. Our waitress was stressed and looked a bit messy, didn't fit in nice ambiance of place. I was quite grossed out of her safety pinned under pants, tons of stage-like makeup, glued on lashes. She also asked us to close the bill early, bc she was "going to lunch"....we are coming back for sure, hopefully on different shift.

Parasol Down

Nice place to grab a drink! There is an upstairs indoor area (parasol up), and there's a downstairs bar and outside seating area as well (parasol down). The ambience inside is fairly bright (not dimly lit) and has a collection of colorful, slowly spinning parasol umbrellas hanging from the ceiling. Outside had heat lamps and a color-changing waterfall fountain. At the top of the hour, they played a short light show. We came around 9 pm on a Friday evening and waited for ~15 minutes before getting seated outside. The menu consists of drinks & small bites, as well as a selection of cigars. We happened to be seated outside near some smokers, so the air was naturally looming of smoke. They provided complimentary snacks of spiced cashews & thick cut potato chips. Both of them were nice. I ordered a latte ($6.50) & cookies ($10). The latte was strong and I appreciated that it was paired with a rock candy stir stick. The cookies weren't bad, but overly crispy in my opinion. My boyfriend ordered a Sinatra Smash which consisted of whiskey, berries, and cassis liqueur ($16)
