Super slow and horrendous service 😅 Drive thru wouldn’t talk back to us, finally just went in and cashier was just SUPER SASSY. Borderline rude and dismissive. Probably not coming back. If there was a no star button I would have hit it.

Good food. Has both A & W and KFC in one building. Does not have root beer ice cream or potato wedges.

Nothing outstanding on my visit to this location. I will say it took a long wait in the drive thru. Not bad, not good.....typical is now ai would describe this location.

This is a KFC and A&W...I ordered a K5 which is two pieces of dark meat chicken, mashed potatoes, biscuit and cookie for 5 dollars...well, I felt like I was eating a cornish game hen because the two pieces of chicken were so small...I won't return...

Worst customer service, was accused of lying and told I needed to give my food back if I wanted my money back they almost called the police on me because I wanted my food and was told I would need to pay for it when I already did won't go back

This A&W location is chronically, notoriously awful. I was just inside for 20 minutes ordering one to go cup. (I would not have gone in except that the McDonalds across the street is being remodeled and I had a kid who needed to use the RR.) In that time the staff interacted with four sets of customers in the restaurant - two of which were customers that had gone through the drive thru and then been parked waiting on some of their items but finally gave up and came inside to complain, one customer waiting for a to go order also complaining she had been there a long time, and a couple that ordered well after me and were patiently waiting for their food when I left. (Who had to politely complain to get the change they were owed from their transaction...) There were upwards of six employees in the store and yet there were chronic problems. I was only given a credit card receipt and not a location receipt. I'm wondering if that's so I would not have the number to call and complain. I have lived in this immediate neighborhood for 12 years and its been at least five since I've had a pleasant interaction at this A&W. Shame they spent so much money remodeling the store when the service and attitudes inside are awful.
