Even though the girl never came and I waited 30 minutes I decided to give the best review because she did my hair like never before on my 1st visit.very fast and great service

I have natural hair at first they was good but they don’t use any heat protectant for natural hair and they gave my hair really bad heat damage and I had to cut my hair because it was damage beyond control so I had to start over I will never recommend them for anyone with natural hair👎🏽😥😰😭

I have so much heat damage after reverting back to curly hair and only went here once. Ladies and Gents, it takes only ONE time for the stylist to fry your hair. If you have curly hair and love it, do not go and get a blow out from ANY Dominican salon. Unfortunately, the fact is they only care about short term styles and obsessed looking "European" and white. I was charged more for having curly hair only to have it damaged. I highly believe the "heat protector" spray they have has some form of straightening chemical in it plus the high temperature from the blow dryer. It's more frustrating because my hair doesn't spring back and I have to spend hours to achieve the curly look after having healthy curly hair for years.

They know what they are doing and do it well Lucy was betty knowledgeable and caring it was my first perm in 14yrs from dread locks and it came out beautifully

I love it here. I’ve been going here more then 5 years. They have helped my hair grow and look fabulous. Great service and clean place.

One of my workmates referred my Sis Here for the first time to Elsa. She reported that they were friendly and professional and did a great job with her hair for the party we went to. She’ll be returning there from time to time instead of travelling to Brooklyn for her normal salon....

I have gained many inches of length in spite of regular trimming and heat use, which speaks volumes. When I started going my hair was at my shoulders now its on my bra strap. I'm a black woman with natural texture also and they won't hurt you, they are gentle on your hair and very honest. Sometimes can be a little pricey but I genuinely think their service is always worth it. As coarse as my natural hair is I can get it washed and straightened in 90 minutes even when they're busy.. I was able to get my hair colored and cut on Christmas Eve at 2pm...and I was a new customer. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Lucy did awesome color on my hair and the price for all my hair services was very very reasonable. I'm going back again this week. Very happy with this hair salon.,
