We went to dinner at the steakhouse utilizing a $400 credit. There were 6 adults & we simply could not spend it all. We had appetizers, entrees & drunks & we still needed to buy more & more to spend it all. The service was excellent, decor is very very nice. The food was phenomenal!

Why bother to make a reservation? We arrived at 5:23 for a 5:30 reserved time and were told to sit on a bench and wait for a table. Some fifteen minutes later, we watched as a newly arrived group was immediately seated. “Oh, I forgot about you,” said the hostess dismissively. Needless to say, we’ll forget about eating at the Phillips WD & Grille again. Instead we headed right next door to the Ballyhoo where the drinks are superb, the links and soup delicious, and the service couldn’t be friendlier or more accommodating. Without a reservation even! ***An update: We were contacted that evening with a sincere apology and an offer of a comped meal. We went last evening and were treated to a superb meal. How impressive that a business cared enough about a mix-up to sow seeds of goodwill with a customer! We're returning next week because of the appreciation we were shown.

Too smoky !!! They need a better assortment of machines in the non-smoking room.... non smokers be prepared to wash you’re clothes, shower and shampoo your hair after leaving.... would love to hear about someone actually hitting a decent jackpot there....parking during events can be horrendous—-many will park in the garage for free, walk through and out of the casino to head to the key bank arena....

My opinion is that we never getting off comp $10 5 dollars a year spent thousands at the place I went to Canada since October they're giving me $25 and another $35 comp now. I mean I think that you should accommodate us better it's just pathetic but I guess you don't care because we're gamblers. The rich get richer and there's nothing wrong with that but it'd be nice if well get a piece of The Rock. Also Smokin section it's just not enough circulation 😉 I'm tired of losing I know the answer we just don't have to come somebody will take my place sad but true

The Seneca Creek Casino has been nicely expanded. In addition to the expansion, the gaming floor has been moved around into a more logical flow. The assortment of newer gaming machines is very plenty. I would like to see bigger progressives, however. The progressives are small to medium sized. As a whole, what was once a small steel building has been wonderfully expanded into an experience.

I always enjoy my casino experience here and although I’ve taken some losses I’ve won more than I’ve lost and have always had a decent time. The casino updates over the last 5 years have been ok, but staff moral and their level of accommodation lacks what you will find at the Niagara Falls location. I’ve been to Vegas and have enjoyed numerous casinos around the country. Buffalo creek feels like it’s just a casino when you walk in. My advice would be to change things up a bit to increase employee moral. Learn your repeat customers names and make them feel welcomed opposed to making them feel like they are there just so you can take their money.

Highlight of my trip to buffalo. My first time at this casino and I'm glad I went. Had a great time. The staff was great and helpful; the food was great; the slots were varied in amounts to be played which is a nice touch especially when you know which ones to play (and I did). If you are headed to Buffalo a stop at this casino I believe is worth the trip. Some say the gaming floor is small, I found it to be as big as Resorts in AC if not bigger but with a few less table games.

If you enjoy gambling this is definitely up your alley. If you're not a gambling type of person than probably wanna do something else and avoid the casino. Parking is free which is nice but it's extremely smoky in there. Again if you are a gambling person go for it. If not go to the zoo or somewhere else.

Disappointed this time... I have been several times before and it was wonderful. It was a beautiful evening and our party of 3 went to sit on their gorgeous patio. We were told the patio was closed because it was too hot outside. We sat at the bar and were attended by a bartender that we could not understand. We had to keep saying, "I'm sorry, what?" It was like he had marbles in his mouth. We ordered apps, salads and entrees, which were all good except the sea bass was cold. I would still recommend this spot as I have had too many good experiences here to give up on it after only 1negative. But for what you are paying, one would expect a better overall experience.
