So the wait staff wasn't the problem. The problem was the kitchen. Apps came out quick, but when it came to our food... It taste like defication. My breakfast for champions came out wrong and cold. Was returned and came back out cold. And still wrong. Was not compted my meal and will not be returning. It wasn't even busy.

Takes way to long to get food and it's overpriced. Don't like going here at all.

I ordered the Mac & Cheese with buffalo chicken and I have to say the chicken to macaroni ratio was perfect. The Mac, a little bland. My fiancé ordered the bison buffalo burger, the two patties were much smaller than the bun which is funny. We had Utica Greens as an appetizer and it was on point. Overall very happy with the food. Service was be a bit slow being it was late and no one was in the restaurant

We eat at the Emerald about 2 times a week. We always ask for Jenn to be our waitress. She is attentive, outgoing, and always in a happy mood. We feel like going to the casino should be a happy and entertaining experience. Jenn makes our time there very pleasurable and fun. The food is always good and you certainly get more than enough to eat. We will keep coming back! And of course keep asking for Jenn!

The chicken in my wrap tasted awful, my French fries were cold or somewhat soggy. There was only two small chicken strips inside my wrap with a half of head of lettuce.Would not recommend the Buffalo chicken wrap unless you’re looking to eat nothing but lettuce and unmelted cheese.

Well. We gave it another try today and I must say the food was very, good. My Mom got a cheeseburger and it was huge and cooked perfectly. I got the grilled chicken Greek salad that was huge and delicious. We will be going back. The Manager came over to ask us how everything was which was also nice. Staff was very nice.

Had the 12oz NY Strip, asked for medium and got well done, also was tough. Asked the waitress to take it off the bill and all they took of was 25%. Jessica asked me to cut the steak and left before I did and never came back till we were done. Will never eat there again.

Used to be the best restaurant. You changed your menu. The quality is poor. I always order the turkey burger. Fresh ground turkey with avocado, Swiss cheese, red onion and dijonnaise on a sour dough bun. So good but no longer offered on the menu. The turkey burger today looked like a frozen thin hockey puck and it tasted like it too. The cheese and the pickles were forgotten, and the price was $4 more than the better burger that I used to get. My Mom ordered a cheeseburger and fries and ended up leaving it uneaten. The hamburger was also shaped like a hockey puck and it was so hard and dry that she could hardly eat it. We were going to order a piece of cake to share but the price has risen to $8.00 a slice so we passed. Very disappointed at the downsizing of the menu selections and the quality of the food.
