Honestly the staff just continues to impress! We had reservations and no wait when we arrived. The waiter was quick to ask about our day and make small talk. We ordered an appetizer and was even more impressed when the Chef came out to check on us. It had been a long day so it was really the little things that count that make the most out of it! The steaks were perfect as was the dessert. The deconstructed carrot cake is to freaking die for - try it! Thank you for such a wonderful job that you all do!

Our son worked at the casino for five years and last night was the first time we went to this steak restaurant the Final Cut I would have to say that the steaks were the best that we have ever had and the waitress Stephanie was the best waitress we’ve ever had I give the dining experience five stars I give the casino zero stars this is because on our way out we were using the valet parking and my wife made a wrong turn It’s a bit confusing the valet pay location in the casino we initially went outside where we met the valets thinking we would have to pay there but we were redirected back inside when my wife accidentally went the wrong way around the red tape with the security lady was standing to prevent minors from entering and she went crazy, yelling at us screaming at us, telling us she’s calling security on us it was just unbelievable So much over the top drama why would The casino even hire an unhinged person like this?. we are well over the age of 21 the gold jacketed security guard told us to ignore her he was not concerned He understood we were going to the valet and just made a wrong turn a very nice man But she just made it a complete disaster after spending well over three Hundred dollars on the restaurant this little security lady made the day a dismal loss

Came here for the first time and not impressed at all the waitress took forever just to bring condiments the food was not at all what i would expect for the price had to send two different things back because it was not edible and what i ordered at first they didn't have. A huge disappointment

Six of us went to this for a friends 21st Birthday walked up and was told we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. That's fine but once we got seated and looked around the place was nearly empty! We ordered and got our food, waiters all very nice and helpful. Food was delicious and drinks were great! Finally came time to get the bill, or so we thought... we waited nearly 45 minutes for the bill. Due to the computer system going down they kept us sitting there until they got it back up and running. Which after that long they said they still had to run our cards "old school." I asked TWICE, one of which to the manager for some sort of compensation. I suggested 10 percent, or one drink taken off each bill or one side to be taken off the bill. The MANAGER said he couldn't do that. It wasn't the restaurants fault it was the storms fault the computer went down... So we sat and sat listening to everyone have fun and gamble while waiting for them to get the computer up and after 45 minutes they still just copied or wrote down our card info... I believe the manager didn't want to do this due to our age... we are all young and didn't know some of the lingo in the restaurant but we where not rude in anyway and did now get rowdy or loud. Finally after we have gave our cards and got the final receipts they decided to offer a free desert. Oh wow gee thanks after me asking twice in the 45 minutes and we are finally about to spend money at the casino like we wanted and they wanna keep us longer? Why on earth was that not offered earlier? Why couldn't the manager hit the minus button on the screen for the sides or an employee 10 percent discount? In other words, DON'T go here if you want to drink and play at the casino. They will keep you hostage and it's not their fault.

Best place to eat if you like steak! Always friendly service and the chef is amazing! Fourth time I've eaten here and the prime rib was awesome. The jalapeno augratin potatoes are the best side ever. Will definitely keep coming back. I have been to many other high end restaurants and this is very comparable to a Gallagher's or Ruth's Chris. Great time for our family

I rarely eat steak, but my husband ordered something lean and dry aged and it was the best steak I've ever had! Apparently, dry aged is pretty nice but a lot of places don't have it? The spinach and mushroom risotto was nothing to write home about, but the steak was great! The service was excellent too! The website says business casual, but that's not followed at all. There were people in ripped jeans, camo, ball caps, cargo shorts, etc. The steak was good, however, the casino is not my kind of place, so I will probably never go back. I do not recommend going here just for the steak, simply because it's the casino. But if you are going to the casino anyway, definitely try the dry aged steak.

The service was top notch and my steak was great. I had a few glasses of wine and they were both really good pours. Overall an excellent time.

Enjoyed a wonderful meal at Final Cut Steakhouse located inside Hollywood Casino. Meal was well paced with great service from a new waitress. Calamari and caprese salad were very good. Prime rib was cooked to order and sea bass was delicious

Went to dinner when my wife and I were in town last weekend with a couple friends. They spoke highly of the place, so i was pumped about coming. The decor was beautiful. Nice selection of drinks and food. Apple Cider butter that came with bread was phenomenal. Ordered the Bone in Ribeye medium rare and it was cooked perfectly. I spent the next half an hour speechless as I ate my steak. It is pricey here, but for what you're experiencing, its worth it. Will be coming back when we visit next time.

So disappointed again. Just ate my lobster bisque soup from last night and where is the lobster. Did it evaporate? So let's get this straight- horrible service, ignored, still ordered with hostess, soup missing lobster even bits, treated badly, bread and butter ok. I need answers!
