I'm biased, as this is the only casino I have ever been to, but I have a great time every time I go there. Even if I lose all my money. The dealers and all the staff with whom I've ever interacted there were all friendly and helpful. The drinks are both strong and inexpensive, and the games plentiful. Also, they tend to get fun musical acts through, like Morris Day and the Time, and Parliament Funkadelic.

The workers were friendly and helpful, location is well maintained with plenty of parking. The seats aren't bolted down so can be moved to give you leg space. My only problem was getting the machines to accept my Marquee Rewards Card. Had to insert several times. I would go again.

I went with I went with family on Father’s Day weekend. We deiced to enjoy the buffet and play a few hands of blackjack. The Buffet was a good bang for your buck. It had a nice verity of food including steak, ribs, tacos, Italian fair, along with a salad and dessert stations. The meal came to about 28 dollars a person with a player’s card. The atmosphere is nice and staff was very attentive with drink refills and table clearing. The table games were priced well for a Saturday evening. We were there around 5:30 and could locate Blackjack tables at $15 a hand. The dealers were very friendly, helpful, and wanted you to have a great time. Parking was no trouble with the attached garage. Every staff member was polite and smiled from the security at the door to the casher at the cage. family on Father's Day weekend.

The casino is quite small, but they have all of the usual offerings. The card games dealers were very friendly and interactive and it made the experience very enjoyable. You do pay for drinks even while gambling, but, like I said, it is a small casino and so that's more than likely why. All in all, I had fun and enjoyed the experience. I'd recommend it for anyone in the area.

What can I say it was an Awesome experience. Truly love the buffet. It has all my favorite foods and deserts that truly melt in your mouth. I even won some money. Thank you. Oh yeah my family (sister, brother and myself) goes every Sunday. I've told all my friend about it.

Great buffet, good combination of table and video games. Good assortment of Slot machines and a very novel TV projection set up. This is a place to have fun, burn a lot of time and eat well. Enjoy responsibly.

So you show up for the Hollywood Poker Open to play in the Seniors Tournment, you drive for an hour and a half to get there. They tell you at Hollywood they don't have enough dealers so your probably not going to be able to play. The floor person acts like they don't really care, very bad attitude. They offer not alternative, they could pull from other dealers on the floor who are just standing there at other games with no customers. They could shut down the live action dealers until they can be made available. But no they aren't making any of those moves. You would think that if a casino was going to promote a big poker tournament that they would make sure they ha e the dealers. Bad management of the poker tournament and the poker room. Also treated customers badly. Basically said to bad go away.

As local casinos go, the Hollywood casino in Columbus is one of the better places to play. It's large, includes the latest slots, table games and "games of skill" (unlike the horse track casinos.) My only complaint about Hollywood are the limited eating options. The snack bar is only for people who want fattening pastry or some greasy unhealthy food. Food wise, things have gotten better with the opening of "O" but they need a place where people can grab a quick salad or healthy sandwich.

Don't win here 🤔 much. Hollywood has many and a variety of slots. Very welcoming atmosphere. Free slot play for newbies that's always a plus! Highly recommended for people that like huge crowds. Beer is a little pricey more then we like to pay...

Not quite Vegas but it'll do in a pinch. Ohio State laws restrict free alcohol so you have to pay for your drinks. The slot machines get a little static as they have some of the same ones as when they opened. They do cycle out a group and bring in some new ones, but the core remains. There is one video blackjack table that remains full all day long so of you want to play blackjack you have to go with a dealer for double the price. Lots of various table games. The food options are good. The buffet has lots of food choices but go when you can get a good deal. The Take 2 grill is 24 hours, Zen Noodle is open late, both serve decent food.
