Visited here at lunch to get what had been an enjoyable lunch on Thursdays. I have noticed that the food quality at the Bistro has gone done over the past several weeks on day shift. Customer service is hit or miss (quite frankly it depends on if you get a cashier that is under the influence or not - and this is not assumption this is a trained, professional assessment of the person) What was our Thursday go to for lunch is a no go now.

Fire lake Casino is a great place to get away from it all. If you ever wanted to go to Las Vegas but don't have the money, go to FireLake Casino you'll have just as much fun, and no telling how much you can WIN.

I don't gamble very often but it was a pretty good thing I did this evening. Me and my wife went to try out their buffet. Mighty tasty. Stuck around for a bit to take it all in. We were entertained just walking around. Casinos might not be for everyone but there are other options like the bowling alley, arcade, Subway ( who' da thunk ), and a gun range across the street. Go on down & have a look for yourself. You might have some fun.

Floors were dirty. No service for drinks came around. Security guards never act professional. Security guards always standing around , most of the time they are standing in your way at the stairs. Security guards act and talk like they are there to just have fun with their friends.

Been going here so long, the staff are more like friends! Super nice folks. Spent a lot of money here, but I've won plenty of jackpots too! Love this place! And the bar tenders are awesome! Cheap prices too.

Someone seriously needs to contact the gaming commission. These machines almost never pay out or even give you back close to what you spent. It’s funny how the gaming commission quit showing up and all of a sudden Firelakes profit jumps. Other casinos around the area pay better. I have video proof of several times I’ve been in just to see what goes on. These videos are enough to show that these machines are set to take your money. They’re greedy.

I went for one purpose: to destroy some crab legs with my dad. We accomplished our goal. This spot has the best crab legs I've had in Oklahoma. On Friday night for less than $20 you can eat all the seafood you can handle, which includes catfish, shrimp, and yes - crab legs. They are cooked so well, not overly salty, and they are so delicious. I treat myself here about once a year, it has always been good! The only issue I have is the limited seating. I'm patient, and don't mind waiting - and the plus side of that is that the dining area is never super crowded or loud!

The rooms were very nice. I love the cascading fountain and the entry to the Hotel. They also have various shops from the casino to the hotel and numerous places to eat. I recommend the sports bar. the hamburgers are awesome.

This casino is a little older and looks a bit dated ... the noise level is surprisingly low for a casino ... they have a lot of new games but they also have a lot of older games too ... the layout isn't overly crowded and it's easy to move around ....there were a crazy amount of security officers huddled together in big or small groups throughout the casino.. . .not sure why so much security is needed but instead of feeling comforted by all the security, I found it to be off putting ... the employees were polite but didn't go out of their way to be welcoming ....actually, now that I think about it nothing about the casino staff was truly inviting or fun....I like going to casinos with a more upbeat, "we're here to have fun" vibe but the all players I spoke to were friendly and nice.....I should note : they have have free ice cream in the beverage center, that is something everyone always talks about and it is good soft serve ice cream.

Love this casino! They have an outstanding buffet, a little on the pricey side, but well worth every penny. It's very clean as well as a friendly staff! It's also 21+, so not as many young people here. Definitely worth the 25+ minutes driving from the city! Would highly recommend!
