Excellent food service was a bit slow they really need more servers for the size of the place. This is a true gem of a place to stop and eat. They always make sure that the food is fresh and delicious it shows that they do care. First it is not a sloppy run of the mill buffet it is staffed very well and very clean. You make an average of 6ft before the next person asks if they can serve you anything at a help yourself buffet table how great is that? You can pig out and not even fill your own plate plus lots of custom make or have made your own special items. When traveling place this as a must stop stop you wont be let down.

We went for the steak and all you can eat lobster dinner. We (my mother and me) go every other month. We LOVE it!!! The service is top notch.

LOVE THAT CRAB BUFFET! Food is always good! This is now a regular stop for us being truck drivers. Truck parking should ALWAYS be a given at a casino! Shuttle drivers are always friendly.

Went to the all you can eat steak and lobster buffet. There is plenty to eat and a good variety of food at the buffet. The only problem I have is that the price of the buffet is outrageous. What ever happened to the low cost buffets of the past. It seems to have turned into another money gouging racket. Plus they only give you 1 ticket for 1 steak, only one. The food was good and the staff was outstanding. They earned a big tip from our large group. Always tip your servers well, that's basically all they make.

The Potrero Canyon Buffet never disappoints, the freshness and quality of the entrees are very consistent. The prime rib is always tender, while the large crab legs and lobster are always very well prepared. The creme brule and baby eclairs are fresh and exquisite. The customer service from the waitstaff is very efficient and polished; this Buffet illustrates consistent attention to detail, while being a perfect Buffet for family and friends.

The creme brule and baby eclairs are fresh and exquisite. Pretty darn good for a buffet IMO, we were there for breakfast/brunch and the selection was good and the food was fresh. Omelet bar tasty! Breakfast is always better for buffets anyway in my experience, so I can't speak to the lunch/dinner fare but we were pleased. Fantastic service on the drinks/coffee and clearing the used plates.

Yum. I love champagne brunch! And this one is definitely one of the best! The food is excellent, the price is right & the champagne is included. It's a definite win! I highly recommend the omelet bar. Made fresh on the spot.

By far, not the best buffet that I've been to. The 2 starts is only because the prime rib was very good but, everything else was less than average. While there were a lot of desserts, they really weren't that good. We should have gone to one of the other restaurants in the casino. Not going back.
