Staff was wonderful. Room was clean. Mattress was awful the sheets came loose and bundled underneath you. Terrible nights sleep. Air-conditioning never got cool. Casino and restaurant was great.

We went on Tuesday afternoon and stayed late enough to have the buffet with king crab legs. They had raised the price on the crab legs to 39.99 and the crab legs were terrible. They were salty and tough just simply not good. I think the price was outrageous. The last time I had crab legs at Indigo Sky they were 29.99 so I was really shocked to see the new price. Had to turn the crab legs in and refused any more. We did have the buffet which too was not very good The food was cold and just simply not good. Will not be going back for a meal again.

I am not a gambling person but this was my first visit to casino... 1. Kids are not allowed in casino area and you will be drenched in smoke. 2. Two restaurants are available... Shawaone will be open until 11... 3 sisters is open 24/7. I like the food at 3 sisters as it would be always fresh and you have options from fried chicken / shrimp, pizza, buffet and salad. 3. My kid loves to eat in a restaurant / nothing to go... People were thinking that why kids in a Casino? Believe me.... Everyone was friendly and the staff would let you know where the kids are not allowed... No offense right? 4. The pool area.... That is all made for kids... Kids will enjoy a lot ... There are security guards who keep a watch on you all time although the pool starts from 2 feet's and rises to 6 feets. In an all it was a good experience... This review is specifically for people travelling with kids. Big boys will figure out their toys:)

I really like it. Today is the second time I have been to the casino. First time I won a little over 11 hundred. The second time I give them back 4 hundred. They have the best steaks, cooked to perfection. Oh and their wait staff are great. If you get a chance go. Then you will see how good it is.

Not a bad place to go and stay. Everything was super nice. We enjoyed our stay. We won a little money, spent lots of time with family, saw some sites and really enjoyed just looking around this small home town that seems to border this casino. It is worth the drive.

The facility was lovely and everyone was very nice. We went for our wedding Night after we eloped 3/3/18. I realize that we bought a groupon but I feel like they could have done something a little special for us. They were aware of our celebration but our room was just plain Jane. Hell I would have enjoyed towels folded as swans and a note of congrats but we got nothing. It just would have made our trip more enjoyable. We could have gone anywhere and we chose there. All in all it was a nice honeymoon though.

Slots were pretty good. Walked out with more than I brought in. Restaurant was horrible. the food tasted stale and not a good flavor at all. This was my first time here, my friend brought me, she gets the free room offers. But I don’t think I’d come back again. The employees out on the floor were nice, players club were nice. Front desk was very polite even though it was busy, which I don’t understand why there would be only one worker on a busy Saturday evening. But she was quick and very nice. I asked her Name and it was Jessica, every time I would pass through, it was always just her there. The rooms were clean, although on our second day, which was on a Sunday, I felt bad for the cleaning ladies, I could tell they were stressed and in a hurry. When walking down the hall, I heard someone on their little Walkie say “no breaks”, and to “hurry up” sounded hateful and rude. I’m a manager, and not giving your employees breaks and pushing them is not how you get the job done correctly. All in all, I won’t be back. There’s better places to go. Just wasn’t really that fun at all.

Hotel - This is a exceptionally nice place. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction, our room was very nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. Food - We only had the breakfast buffet but it was pretty darn good. Casino - Our experience in the casino was great too. We had a wonderful time and even won a little money. At one point, one of the VIP hosts came out to us, called us by name and introduced himself. He gave me his business card and encouraged us to visit again. That was a nice touch. Although this casino isn't as close to our home as other ones are, we will make sure and come back to this resort as soon as we can.
