The food is highly customizable, but the grilling is hit or miss. Some nights it's great, other nights, half my meal is lightly charred. It is fun and affordable for kids old enough to choose their own food and flavors - there are so many different vegetables available! It is not really good for severe allergies, as foods get intermingled not only on the grill, but often in the self serve area as well. I don't know why the eggs that can be added are kept out of sight most times and mentioned nowhere. If you ask the guys at the grill counter, they'll always add one to your order, no problem. I learned last night that you can have shredded cabbage added to your dish; it is NOT only in place of the pasta or rice options, though it is listed among them on the menu. I am really glad to see they have done away with those tabletop game/pay devices!

I love the healthy selection and the fact that you can create your own bowl. Every time I eat there it's a treat because it's never the same meal. For the more traditional eaters there are menu selections where you choose a recipe and they put it together for you. The outside patio was a plus. Definitely worth another visit. I took a star because my drink was weak.😐😐

Very disappointed on my last visit. Both our meals were baddly burned. We ended up only redoing one of the burned meals because the char made me ill and I lost my appetite. We had brought a two for $20.00 coupon. They said they would comp the two meals (one of which was removed and not replaced). I told the I would pay for our appetizer and drinks. The brought us a bill for more than $23.00. the manager did not return leaving the server to deal with it. After several discussions we paid for the appetizer and drinks then left. Very poor management.

Yuuuum! Always fast, always delicious! They keep their space clean, easy access to parking. They’re easy to find off the highway and the food is filling!

The Service was great for almost 100% of our visit, food was exceptional as expected. Only reason I didn't give it 5 star is because toward the end of our meal we couldn't find the original gentleman who was assisting us and we were ready to pay and waiting for quite some while. Don't know if he was a manager and they were in between shift change, but a young lady I think her name was Brooklyn on our reciept helped us check out. Overall staff was Nice and friendly, the tables that were dirty when we walked in were cleaned immediately, bathrooms were tidy, and no complaints on the food line. I will definitely be back with my wife and daughter!

Great food, great selection, and almost always great, friendly servers. Easy to select options whether you want healthy or not, vegan, vegetarian, or full of meat. I always recommend getting some pepperoni with your bowl, it tastes so good when fried crispy. This particular location has started to get run down, and now has a broken front door. They used to provide candies in a bowl as you walked out, but those haven't been available for a few years. I'd really recommend the owner look at reinvesting, but with Collin Creek mall being redeveloped I'm not sure about the future of the restaurants along the service road.

Attempted to eat here today. This was my first time at this location and my family and I were extremely disappointed. We left within minutes without being seated. There was a family waiting to be seated in front of us so we sat down at the front. Shortly after sitting to wait a group of 2 came in and were immediately seated. There were plenty of tables open, they were not busy at all. They ignored two groups of people who had been waiting, just to seat a couple I assume they knew personally. You shouldn’t ignore your customers. Absolutely ridiculous.
