Food is delicious very nice customer service and the pho is amazing so is the sushimi this is the go to spot for sushi ! And Danny is a super cool guy very nice !

Finally found an authentic Ramen bowl place in Temecula to satisfy my craving!! Had the Tonkotsu, and loved it. Will be back ALOT!

So fun!! Sometimes the lines are super long, but ride itself always makes up for it. :-) I think this is a really fun place for the whole family. There is Camp Snoopy for the little ones and Ghost Town for the older kids and maybe dad, too. There also other lands and a separate Park called Soak City. This is truly a fun and magical place.

Where is a 0 star when needed? Placed an order for spring rolls on 12/29/17 evening. The order was placed at 8:07PM but order wasn’t completed until 8:36PM. My little girl waited inside the restaurant the entire time. She even complimented how nice the ambience look, had a great chat with a fellow waiting customer. However, unfortunately, I will never return to take a second look at this place. Horrible customer service! A spring rolls order took 30 minutes to complete. This place is a joke! Called and wanted to talk with the owner, a male on the phone claims to be the owner when I spoke with him. Instead of offering an apology, I was given a lie stating that it only took 10 minutes, the owner should have brought up the receipt before foolishly lies. Further, owner spoke as if he did a favor for us by making the order, he missed the fact that I was a paying customer. To restaurants, a simple order may not mean much, but it is the returning customers that help supports his business. An apology would have sufficed, I wouldn’t have wasted my time and make a call if I had to wait only 10 minutes. This is not my first-time ordering from here. To the Bamboo House, arguing with the customers seems to be more professional than offering an apology. Well now I know and would love to share it with everyone.

I was initially impressed with the menu, but even more impressed with the actual food. Sauce on the Mongolian beef was delicious. Japanese prepared Sushi was fresh and well-balanced. The Wednesday specials are a great deal too.
