The international buffet was delight and full feeling. The staff was wonderful. I will definitely come back to this place again.

It's a good casino. I like how they have a shuttle bus that will take back and fourth between the Fife and Tacoma locations for free too, which is really nice and convenient. The players club is nice too, cuz if play for at least two hours you can get a food comp, which is also nice. And the casino is clean and staff seem nice enough. Just know if you don't have valid ID you are more than likely not getting in here.

Not a bad place. The lobster buffet was really good and a great value. However, you will smell like cigarettes until you wash all your clothes and shower really well afterward....I know "what can I expect from a casino?" How about better ventilation and a section completely sealed off from the smokers...its 2018... that's what alot of people want. The non smoking section still smells like cigarettes so even why bother?

The staff aren't exactly the friendliest. The food is... alright depending where you go. The restaurant upstairs definitely has the better food and the nicest staff. Don't know if I'd bother spending money on it unfortunately, but the food vouchers are a perk so might as well use them. The non smoking section has a decent variety of slots, but there's a few too many malfunctions happening. The smoking section is quite large but incredibly dirty, which is more the patrons fault but they could stand to have a few more staff members around to clean up ash and empty drinks. The overall atmosphere is one of "we are what we are, go somewhere else if you don't like it."

Of the casinos I've been to that aren't in Vegas, this is one of the better ones. They have a wide variety of penny slots, the payout rate on them wasn't horrendous as long as you're smart about it. This is the only casino I've been to that actually had tables open all night. I don't know if it's like that on the weekdays (I went on a Friday), but I was in there until 4am and there were a good number of games still running. Roulette (with real wheels, not digital), craps, and a variety of card games were going. It was a great experience. I pretty much broke even after several hours, and that's my goal when I gamble. I had fun, the employees were nice and helpful. I'll go back the next chance I get, maybe check out their sister casino down the highway, too.

Nice friendly staff, restrooms were actually clean and don't smell like urine unlike other establishments I have visited. I only gave it 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ stars because security wouldn't allow me to bring my Gatorade into the establishment. I understand why they don't allow people to but the temperature was in the mid 80's that day and had forgotten to leave it behind in the car. Perhaps give patrons a voucher so they can replace beverages they are asked to dispose upon entry. 🤔

The emerald queen needs a makeover. It's dark and dingy, the dealers are not friendly or outgoing. There is drug use in the restrooms as well as prostitution. I can't say that I have ever won here. The lobster night buffet is the only thing worth going to this casino for. It's all you can eat (there's also cold snow crab legs). We usually sit in the bar area and the service there is excellent. This place does it right with the comped buffet and it's the best deal in town for lobster.

You can get a $20.00 food ticket to eat any where in the casino after playing for 2 hours. But they definitely take more than they give. However, they do have the best almond chicken and vanilla ice cream you could ever possibly dream of. So to eat; I give 5 stars. To gamble; only 3. Possibly even 2. Sorry Queen.

Been going there just about every 3 to 5 days off and on for over 5 years. Casino is nice. Security guards are like sharks hunting in an ocean. Most casinos you wont see them too much unless their handling something. Food smells great in the parking lot..but you cant smell it inside. Smells of cigarette smoke. Most casinos I've been in use air ionizers. Clean and freshen. I cant believe that the casino closes its restaurants for a period of time early early morning. Due to liquor laws i would think food and drinks should always be available at all hours of operation. Comps are given out during those hours.for example if you get there late night and make a night of it, your going to end up receiving your comp when there is no restaurants open to eat in. So you've spent way to much working towards it to discover you cant use it. Its an okay place but nothing to write home about.
