Bonuses far and few. Nobody knows how to get cash out of ATM, line at every one of them taking 45 min to get out cash. This place use to be OK but apparently has got real greedy. I will not be back and hope you take the warning and go somewhere else yourself. Much more friendly casinos out there where you can relax and maintain. The queen sure caters to the crack addicts though letting them hang out and bet a penny for two hours then gives them Comp for food... This place is by far the worst in the state.

I like the Fife casino. It has more machines and no table games. The food voucher is a nice perk. And it is good in the deli, the restaurant or the buffet. And no, you don't get change if you don't use the whole value. Eating in the restaurant may exceed the voucher and you are responsible for the difference. I've heard you can take your voucher to the Tacoma one and get the seafood buffet. I've never tried it so you might want to ask when you get your voucher.

Location is great. Always under some type of construction. Afternoon's seem nice and quiet. Need to work to get the drug from just hanging out. Food is always good. great place for the girls to get together to play a bit and habe lunch or dinner to catch up. Haven't stayed in a room yet but friends say they're nice

They give you a $20 voucher for playing 2 hours or more. At the Paradise deli, they only let you spend $16.65 when you order a sandwich, soup, and chips. You can also get a dessert which will take it to $19. I don't like the desserts so I get 2 bags of chips, sandwich and soup, which totals up to 16.65, they will not let you get extra extra meat even though your voucher will cover it. So therefore they are ripping us off on our comps if we can use it up to $20. My point is, it shouldn't matter what you get as long as its under $20!

Customer service is bad if they had a negative star I would have gave them that . I had never been there before I have heard from a lot of people how their customer service is and I thought I would stop in there for a few minutes and that will be the last time I stop there. I'm from another local tribe and if our customer service and our security treated people the way they do they would be fired. If you're going to have good customers you have to have good customer service and those people work on tips and they not going to get tips if their customer service is no good. But that really has nothing to do with the way that you're greeted when you come into the door because you don't even want to stay there that much less come in the door. Not everybody that walks into a casino door is a thug and they should not be treated as one. I won't go back there and I wouldn't recommend other people going. But everybody has their own story. That's just mine!

Their food was good but the gambling experience sucked. They suck you in by offering a free meal after gambling for 2 hours when they know darn well you'll spend two or three times that in 2 hours if you gamble conservatively.. save yourself the hassle! Oh and 20 or $25 from meal at the buffet is much higher than it should be. God knows no one can eat $20 worth of food unless it's lots of prime steak. Their prime rib wasn't that good. I think they should just charge ten bucks a head for their Buffet. That's about what it's worth. I threw my membership card away and will probably never go back again. I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone.

Would give five stars if ever I can win anything here. I use to at least win a little here little there but for the last year NOTHING! Has forced me to go to other places but I still give it a 4. Great food, great staff, clean, safe, people are friendly, lots of slots and they are expanding so it's going to be better than ever. My hunch... not a lot of winners because they have to pay for the expansion so jackpots are slim to none these days, but that's just my guess. Good kuck!

I love this casino because of the large selection of slots it has. I like the layout of the casino. If I get tired of being in one room I just go to another. They have a pretty big non-smoking area which is nice too. They have good food options, especially the pizza. I seriously appreciate the fact they use real creamer at their self-serve coffee stations. Parking is great, if the outdoor lot is full they have a huge parking garage. All in all, a great casino and worth the drive from the north end.

They have all the latest games but the casino itself is rather stuffy and packed to the brim with hardly room to move around. Although their food is great it does get rather old as it's the only option you have for a comp. How many times can eating the same food exite you? They need to come up with something more and have more events at that location instead of making you go to the older of the 2 venues and have to hassle with the shuttles all the time. The hotel is decent though. The staff are very friendly all around and it almost feels like Vegas when you can roll out of bed and hit the slots in your slippers if you like. Overall it's a good weekend but there is plenty of room for improvement.

Love this casino. There machines are looser then the other casinos in the area but what I really like is how they compensate you $20/$25 for food as long as you play for 2 continuous hours, so make sure to get a player's card so every time you go all you do is take your players card the customer service desk and tell them you'd like to check in. You can use your ID after you initially sign up instead of your players card. After you play for 2 hours go back to the counter and grab your voucher then go where ever you'd like to eat. They have AWESOME waffles, and their buffet is really good too!
