I love this place. I've never walked into a casino that just smells so good. Its clean, huge, and beautiful. And it doesn't hurt that I usually win. The buffet is kinda steep price wise, but you definitely get what you pay for.

Love this casino. Good selection. Good payouts. Nice point system you can use for food or point play. They often have drawings and tournaments. Quite a few table games also. Seems to be alot of staff around to help out with any issues, etc.

Beautiful setting, very clean, very friendly, air quality is great. Machines are tight. REALLY tight. We spent an hour casually wandering about the casino playing about a dozen machines and a $100 vanished at min bets rapidly. No wins at all, no play at all, couldn't even stay stable. I understand losing at a casino - but this place is just money drain. No fun, and no fun means no reason to go there.

We’ve gone to this casino a few times now and it’s always a lot of fun. It’s super clean and the staff it really nice. If you came to eat at the buffet, (or didn’t plan on it) do it! Food is really good. I would totally give it 5 stars if the desserts were better and didn’t seem like they came out of the Costco freezer section. Beautiful views and makes a good day trip!

I noticed they lowered the win rate of their slot machines by a fair amount. The food is way overpriced and disappointing for what you would expect, the buffet selection is nearly laughably bad and limited. If they made the win rate decent and improved on the food it might actually be enjoyable to go to, but as it is it's simply not fun, and even infuriating to a high degree. I won't ever be going back and I suggest you not purposely engage in such an ungenerous scam. At least let us have a little fun while we depressingly lose our money, but no they don't even care to do that anymore. It's all shine and no substance now. The greed and smug arrogance is simply offensive, and the experience ultimately a highly negative one. We need to expect more as a people, provide hard feedback, and only then can we improve on things that are problematic and exploitative. We go to casinos to lose money, but we don't expect to be so fiercely taken advantage of and treated with such disrespect. We expect to get some of our monies worth.

Beautiful casino and excellent food, but pretty poor customer service. Dealers seem disinterested (and many displayed poor skills), floor staff are average (some did not know rules), and I kept encountering sour employees who seemed annoyed by customers (there were also great employees, too, but too many marginal ones that I ended up noticing it). This casino simply does not put a high priority on customer service at all, and I have visited EVERY casino in the entire Western U.S. and all in Las Vegas. I know what I'm talking about. They need to train these people better, hire better people and enforce standards better. Very few smiles, too. I will add the slots seemed to be hitting bonuses during the busy hours, so they are at least willing to give their addicts a little bit of "fun" before taking their money. I've seen tighter slots. But in the end, I ended up losing a lot, quickly. I didn't appreciate how fast my losses accelerated, and this was toward the end of the weekend. The players club offers a decent point rate for slot play. Not great, but above average in terms of what I accumulated for my play. I'm glad this place provides people jobs, but I will not be returning.

I lost 150. Borrowed 23 from brother. Won 500 in about 30 minutes. Gave him 100. Went to car to wait so i wouldn't lose any. He came back broke. 5 stars for expected results.

Went to an event here. Parking wasn't as bad as I had expected for a Saturday evening. Free valet service was also available. Beautiful views of the mountains outside. Inside, the drinks were poured well, tables were fun and overall it was a great experience!

Excellent Staff, plenty of slot machines, fully staffed on a Sunday... Buffet was very good and well attended (food not left to dry out) A most excellent dessert selection - WOW... Cheese cake was so rich, I gained weight just looking at it - "Yum!" .... I came in a Semi-Truck and trailer; the lot is not designed for Semi-Trucks... But the staff and security didn't give me a hard time at all... found a spot near the front of the casino... Quiet and scenic... With a nice area of grass for the dog's to run around (poop bags provided) Won a few bucks in the casino, then camped out in the truck... Everyone was very nice and easy while I was there ... I will be going back one day soon!

I love this casino. It is the closest and nicest one near Bellevue. Staff is super nice. Casino is clean and pretty decently big. It looks amazing and they maintain it very well. There are quite the table selection. The slot machine options are fun. Garage is nice and big. The bathrooms are clean. I really have nothing to complain about. If you like cigars, I see there is a cigar lounge that looks fun. There is a bar in the middle of the casino. Overall 10 out of 10!
