Due to the recent closure of the San Fernando store, I tried out the Valencia store. It is a very large and spacious store with much more merchandise. Food is fresh and samples are enough for lunch, but don't forget the hot dog and soda for $1.50. The general merchandise is reasonably priced. All sizes and a good variety. If you wear glasses, check out the center. Not much to choose from but good service. There is a photo shop. Most important, you need to buy a membership.

In pickup, they need a freezer & refrigeration unit over there for pickup items. Took waaaaaaaaaaay too long getting my order together which was supposedly "ready" hours earlier. How many of your items are in the store freezer section? How do you not have this set up for your pick up system? Oh, and the kiosk check in part? Yeah, totally unnecessary and even more of a waste of my time to find out there was some kiosk I had to go to first just to scan my card and then get back in the line and wait AGAIN before anyone would help me. You can do that partpat the desk where you already have my pickup order info. Ridiculous. Pick up should be quick and easy. You're not there yet, Sam's Club.

Great location, always well kept. Unfortunately their customer service is not good. On several occasions they lack associates in the perfume jewelry area and no one cares to get someone there. Once i waited half hour...

Five stars for all the wonderful people who work there so nice and helpful. Not loving the shopping experience since the Sylmar store closed now the store is always crowded all those people now come to our store

Very disappointed with this store, never will i go again after witnessing an Asian lady, use racist terms towards sams club employees and the manger just sit there! That was not !right yea members are first but without out those hard working employees there will be no members! I would not recommend this job cause they care so little about there employees! I feel bad for the pple that work thr! No longer a sams club member. Protect your workers!!!!!!! P.s honestly I would of walked out nd my boss set thr and let someone call me "tht black girl and Mexican girl"! Wen clearly my name tag is the! Very disappointed

Simply, great member service, and NOT just at the Membership Desk! From TMA to the Cafe and everything in between. From the time you enter the club to your exit., the associates are making the difference. The club is always clean, organized and is easy to maneuver. Both me and my service animal (Benji) really enjoy the experience that we have at this club. I am wondering if (Benji) is the member and I just pay for all the treats, while he gets all the attention?

Not bad but they don't have the same merchandise as the one in San Fernando/Sylmar had at this moment maybe in the summer if there's a big demand for them by vendors and customers from San Fernando, Sylmar, Pacoima, and more ask for it.

It’s a shame that the one in Sylmar closed down. This is now the nearest one from the San Fernando Valley. I’ve been going here lately and still have the same consistencies that the last store had. It’s a bigger store and is right next to Walmart. It is roughly 15-20 minutes away from the northeast part of the valley. The lines and aisles still look short as I’ve known them to be in the older store. The few times I have encountered lines have not been a problem with the help and convenience of the Scan and Go app which simplified the shopping experience even more. It is not close by anymore but it isn’t too far either. It also has a food court and a tire department just like the old one. I have yet to encounter a problem at this location and hope I don’t. Service is consistent and I’ve always been greeted at the door as well as been asked if I need help. Despite the extra drive away, this store still convinces me to continue as a Sams Club member.
