We had a beautiful brunch overlooking the ocean. Very nice food and cocktails. The service was, as you would expect, very good.

I expect more from a four seasons. Wait staff on beach is lacking. You wait forever to get a drink and then they don't come back for almost 45mins and the kicker is there's practically no one at the hotel! I could understand waiting if there were a lot of people here but there aren't. There are very little allergen friendly options. For example, I ordered a poke bowl and they had no gluten free soy! Really?! It's a four seasons!!! Chef really needs to analyze his options a little closer because natural soy contains no wheat or gluten; the ones that do are just cheap imitations of soy. So why would a place like the four seasons even serve that up? And don't get me started on the corn oil they try passing off as Olive oil at Jove for dinner. The oil was completely clear and tasteless but they put it in cute little jars as a dipping oil for your bread and call it Olive oil. Trust me my friends, it is not! I'm sorry but next time we'll stay at the Ritz.

The hotel is a bit dated, but the service is impeccable. They are renovating starting late May of this year, so hopefully next year when I return it will be absolutely wonderful. Still giving 5 stars because of the amazing service.

The hotel is absolulty beautiful. The beach was relaxing. There were activities for my daughter. Our room and view wasn't the best but you get what you pay for. The service was over and above! I did get a pedicure and Angela was fantastic!! She did such a great job I will definilty book with her when we come back. Overall great experience.
