Lovely food Majority of the dishes were good. Went for the smaller option of drink pairing which all went well. Highlights were the abalone starter, marron, roti and crunchy rice. Pleasant tropical influence with hints of coconut. Pork was the softest I've ever had. Dessert a little let down. One reminded me of fruit loops but for adults. Bonus surprise dessert at the end was a great finale. Overall definitely enjoyed. Huge let down was having the ability to see outside at passing human traffic. There was one occasion a guy pressed his face up onto the wooden partition to peer in.

Had awesome tasting menu with full pairing. It was exciting to watch the chefs to prepare our meals. Tasting menu was fresh and creative. Nice presentation with hidden flavours. Full pairing is a variety of drinks to match with the food. They served some unique flavoured wine. Riesling is my favourite. Orange wine was new and savoury. Dessert wine were perfect to finish this course menu. Service was good. Knowledgeable staff! Lovely complimentary at the end:-) I definitely will visit again for tasting menu with full pairing.

The food was incredible and the service was excellent. It was so fun to sit at the bar and watch the busy kitchen! I did the non-alcoholic beverage pairing and there were some really interesting and delicious drinks, and my partner really enjoyed the alcoholic pairing. We couldn't have asked for more and hope to come back some day!

It was a special experience for a special occasion - the current ten-course tasting menu offers dishes from the Caribbean/inspired by Caribbean cuisine, and the alcohol pairing was lovely and thoughtful. Amazing flavours, attentive service, and it was a lot of fun watching the kitchen work. The serving sizes are small but we came away quite stuffed; ten courses is not a joke! Overall it was such a great evening, and worth the splurge.

I love this restaurant for many reasons. It strikes a great balance between formal and casual with a beautiful ambiance. The food is fresh and exciting, wine list top notch and the service is always on point. I would highly suggest this as a romantic dinner for a partner as the experience is immersive. The only slight recommendation I would make for large eaters is to potentially have a small snack beforehand as the portioning is not huge for large eaters :)

This place is absolutely fantastic. We had the tasting menu which was superb. The food came out at a good pace, was beautiful and tasted amazing. Every dish was unusual and super delicious. They catered well for pescatarians. The service was first class. We sat at the kitchen bar and loved watching the chefs at work. The only thing I'd change is the matching wines - quite a few fortifieds which I'm personally not a fan of. Couldn't recommend this place more highly.

What an incredible restaurant, lots of flavours and ingredients from the Caribbean. Not something people are used to here in Australia. They use very good quality seafood and the 6 week aged pork is wonderful. 10 courses, it cheap but definitely worth it as the food is amazing.

Sitting at the bar was a great experience - you get to interact with the chefs and feel like you are part of the kitchen. The food tasted amazing and we were very full by the end of it. The only disappointing element was the desserts. I feel that a dessert provides the opportunity for a bit of showmanship in terms of visualisation and leaving with a sweet taste in your mouth. On the particular day that I went the desserts were quite dull visually and were not quite sweet. But overall a great meal and I would definitely love to go back
