We had a fantastic meal here a few weeks ago. The service was exemplary, and that was helped by the waiter who was not a college kid and was looking for the next best thing. Instead, our server was an experienced host who took pride in his job and took care of us and made the experience of dining there a pleasure (meals can be ruined SO easily by bad service). We want that server to know that his attentiveness made the meal. It also turns out that the food is excellent, and we enjoyed every bite of it. My daughter's big complaint about her veal Milanese was that it was "too big" (LOL) and she didn't like the fact that it was covered in a bed of arugula. I explained to her that this is how it is often served and that most people love it this way. No worries, more for me! My chicken had a delicate and delicious mushroom sauce and the whole meal was just great. Our son was away that day on a school trip, so I can't wait to take him with us the next time. Finally, I personally thanked Don, one of the owners on the way out, and he was warm and friendly, and was clearly one of those restauranteurs who is often at his establishment, and makes sure things are up to his standards which must be pretty high.
