Initially wanted to come for breakfast buffet but I didn't make it in time so I waited for dinner for steak & seafood weekends special. Reasonable price for AYCE crab legs.. I just don't like walking pass the smoke from cigarettes to get to the restaurant..

Food was good but poor service. Be aware of the hours, if you stay over, they will change you extra. The $6 discount was nice if you have their casino card.

Overall solid dining experience and had to wait about a hour to get a seat. Waiters were exceptional in their service. They came by to check on us frequently and took our plates everytime we got up for another plate. Came here for the lobster night dinner and had mixed results when it came to the quality of preparation of the lobsters. Some were overcooked others were just right, but you can't go wrong with the flavor when its spiced butter. My favorite part is the ice cream station and the pork ribs.

Took my daughter for the first time (turned 21) I've single fathered, teaching her to be savvy, never spend unnecessarily. Buffett price for her and I was $81 and some change. Pricing was not shown anywhere (casino tricks of the trade) needless to say I didn't pay. Opted for, In n out $16. If everyone gave 5 star reviews I still see no reason to pay for a 5 stare Buffett, when I can get that fine dinning elsewhere. People go to spend fun time and money on gambling. By the way casino floors were very nice.

Service was excellent, attentive and friendly. Our waitress, Maria, was fast and courteous as well. The food is fresh and hot, unlike some other buffet restaurants.

I waited 2.5 hours in line for all you can eat lobster. As lobster is one of my very favorite foods, I was fine with waiting and happy to pay $35 plus tax and tip. I tried the tails first. Was so bummed - have never had totally inedible lobster before. Didn't think it was possible to ruin it.... it was 100% tasteless and beyond over cooked - could bounce it on the floor. Next I tried the whole lobster - same. Then I tried the seasoned tails. The seasoning was good but again couldn't even chew the lobster. So bummed, I grabbed a brownie and left.

If you love steamed lobsters, this is the place for you. There are 2 types of lobsters served here: tail and whole. All other food is Ok and not as good, but the lobsters that make us to come there. Many casino players there got free meals or buy 1 get 1 free, sucks that I don't have any of these offer, so I have to pay $35/dinner Overall, lobsters are awesome and you can eat as many as you can. One thing, don't gamble too much haha.

I used to go to the Serrano Buffet at least once a year with a friend of mine. We missed the last three years and arrived for a buffet on January 1st. It was awful. The music was so loud I got a headache. The entry/exit was at one end of the buffet area and if a fire or anything of this nature occurred, folks would be trapped. Plus the food was not of the quality nor as a large selection as in the past. They used to have a wonderful central island of desserts, salads and hot soups. They always had a chocolate fountain, fresh chocolate covered fruit, ice cream dispenser, bread pudding with a hot sauce. Plus the salad selection had crackers and a good selection of muffins. There was none of this when we had our lunch there. The hot food area no longer has the wonderful salmon nor the macaroni. Also, the desserts are not as tender nor as well baked as in the past. When my friend and I left, there was a long, long line of folks who were waiting to have dinner at the buffet. I would never stand in line again with any of my friends to have lunch in a place that had loud, loud awful loud music played. I gave the buffet a two star rating though the service is very, very well done but I feel sorry for anyone who has to work all day in such an environment where the music is played so god awful loud.
