Great casino. Staff was amazing. They where so helpful, especially Robert. Slots where awesome. Wasn't to impressed with the high Roller room, needs more choice of games and higher wins compared to other casinos high Roller rooms. Omgosh and you have to eat at Johnny Rockets!! BIG shout out to Tyler, he was awesome and needs a raise!! So cheerful and nice. We ate there twice. We will be back.

This would be 0 stars if possible. We took my mom here on her 52 birthday, they refused her ID at the gaming station. They felt bad that it was her birthday so the supervisor overrode it. We went to walk into the band playing area and they refused my dad's ID who is 50. They did a phenomenal job ruining my moms birthday and making sure we and no one else we know stops at this place. I will tell as many people I know to not come here.

We were here on 5-22-2018. For starters this place is extremely clean, inside and outside. It looks brand new. It's by far the smallest casino I have ever been to. There were about 5 cars in all of the parking areas. Maybe because we dropped in on a Wednesday night, I doubt it. Anyway, we stuck it out for about two hours and won NOTHING. The drinks were priced reasonably well considering that I have never been to a casino where I paid for drinks while playing. Anyway, it seems to appear like it's a decent place to stay for a night but don't hold your breath on winning.

The new rooms are a great addition to the Verde Valley. I had a great view suite that was clean, smart, and came with water bottles. Dehlia helped with my group and made us feel at home. I love having this easy access to the casino floor.

For starters this place is extremely clean, inside and outside. It's by far the smallest casino I have been to. There were maybe 5 cars in all of the parking areas. You do not get free drinks when your playing. Getting free drinks while playing is something we're accustomed to. Anyway, it seems to appear like it's a decent place to stay for a night but dont hold your breath on winning.

We stayed at the new hotel, which just opened March 1st, and we were very impressed with the attention to detail, the luxury, and the cleanliness of the hotel! The price was very reasonable for the stay, and we felt the accommodations were very comfortable! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and every request we had they accommodated! We will definitely stay again at the hotel!

Very dissatisfied with the customer service. Way too many supervisors and not enough actually working employees. Long waiting for cocktail waitress. Other option is to leave your game and go across casino to the self service soda machine or go to the bar. I thought they would rather have me putting my money on the game. Change person delay also. I thought they want me to come play not be my own waiter. Not good with all the competition for your gaming dollars. I will drive a little more next time for a better experience.

Went to have my daughter and dad's birthday party at the bowling. The price was very doable, we ordered Johnny Rockets and they delivered our food to our lanes. It was a great experience.

I stopped in just for a moment to meet a friend. I had a free cup of coffee and I decided to game $5. Well that turned into $30 with just a couple pulls on a slot machine. I know when to cash in and walked out 25 bucks richer. That's just to say that these are real loose slot machines. They run real class operation here. All the machines are the latest electronic versions and they're mostly low denomination but there's so many multiple lines that it's easy to play a few dollars with one spin. You find variety restaurants here from those that serve five-star meals to those that serve burgers. They have a big play area, that's fully attended with a babysitting area where they can feed your kids keep them occupied while you play some games. There's a bar if you want to throw back a cold one or a Bloody Mary, and the nightclub that probably goes off during the weekend. They allow smoking inside of the casino, but you can't smell it they probably have state-of-the-art recirculation systems as they just got to remodel and a new high-rise Tower with brand new rooms. In case I forgot to mention there's a free refreshment bar as well. I recommend this place even if you just driving up the freeway stop in relax for a minute.

The new,suites are fabulous... and the check in area is to drool over. U must experience it all. The bellman are so special..and every other worker is always ready to provide the best service around. Great place to visit.
