Just checked in. We called ahead for a late arrival and they told us it was fine. We arrive and they gave our room away. Then they opened up a room for us, told us it had a pull out couch (there’s 4 of us and this room has only 1 bed.) there is no pull out couch. They’re supposed to bring a cot. Well great, we still need a bed for 1 more person. AND they’re telling us we have to switch rooms tomorrow for our second night- even though they’re the ones who gave our original room away after telling us we still had our accommodations when we called. This is the worst service I’ve ever seen for a hotel. Will never stay here again.
I appreciate the response but it’s very generic. If someone calls for a late check in (we hit awful traffic. Nothing we could do to get here earlier.) don’t tell them they still have their room if they don’t. It’s that simple. I upped this review to 2 stars because I like the casino.
