Great and friendly staff! Drinks are good at the bar. They have free refreshments, coffee, soda, water, cookies and popcorn. The only thing I can complain about is, I can't win any money here!! Not like in the other casinos, I win a little, or come out even. Food is okay. Great homemade chilli. Pizza place is okay as well. The two restaurants always go out of there way to make sure you enjoy your visit. Very clean 👌

Pretty nice place. It's pretty decent sized with a vast selection of slot machines. There are quite a few blackjack and poker tables too! It was actually pretty awesome that the drinks were FREE and the breakfast was very good and very cheap, like 50 cents or a dollar an item! Three of us ate for like $14!!!! Overall, a great place! A+++

We came up to check out the Christmas Casino and went up to the second floor and found video poker which my husband and I like to play. It was very comfortable and our service by the hostess and the security guard, Lara was top notch! They were extremely nice and made us feel right at home!! We will be coming back!!!

I was able to stay at the new Christmas Casino on opening night. The casino was wonderful. I loved all the decorations and the idea of a holiday themed casino. The staff was great at the casino and the hotel. My room was cozy and comfortable. I had an excellent experience from check in all the way until check out with everyone I encountered. I would highly recommend going.

We go up to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries which is the same day for my husband. We are always treated with the best hospitality and accommodated thoughtfully to help with our handicaps when it comes to lodging. We have been coming since first opened. Our favorite hands down!!!

It was one of my favorite casinos there, although the dealers could use some more practice for blackjack, it was a great place. The pit boss's are also very gracious here. The steakhouse was very delicious.

My personal favorite casino of choice in Cripple Creek. Endless machines of all denominations, numerous card tables, small brew pub with excellent beer and pizza, superb steakhouse upstairs, easily accessible free soda fountain with cookies and popcorn, cafe downstairs for a quick bite, and free music and drinks (with a players card) upstairs in the lounge every saturday. Enjoy!

Exceptionally nice employees. But lousy video poker -- you will lose, and fast. Video poker house hold must be 10-15% which is ILLEGAL. I would recommend keeping your money in your pocket or it will vanish, quickly, in this place, although the slots seem better than most places. Food selections are "OK" and the little cafe has some hit and miss Sysco-fare. Some good, some not so great, and not particularly healthy at all. Casino is older and needs an update probably, but I don't mind the way it is now. Promos, comps are pretty average -- not good or great, or bad. Video poker is cancer, though, and will crush your soul -- stay away from it -- definitely using rigged chips to prevent payouts, Royals, four of a kinds. Owners should be in prison.
