Great food, not so great service, stopped by for an advertised 20 dollar prime rib special only to find they didn't have it, probably never did, food was surprisingly good, service was a joke! Brought my wife here for our 20 year anniversary dinner, maybe McDonalds would have been more accommodating.....

My husband and I travel alot and are always looking for a great experience ....the bartenders (Sean),here made this an amazing experience, not to mention the food. I'm from Alaska and this was the best salmon I've ever had...complements to the chef.

I ordered the BLTA sandwich with crispy bacon and no spread. It took a very long time to get the food then when I got it, they had put the spread on it. I told the waiter and he said the kitchen made “another mistake”. He sent it back. It took so long to get my food that I still had t received it when the others in my party were completely finished or nearly finished with their food, This time there wasn’t any spread on it but the bacon wasn’t crisp at all. I went ahead and ate half of it anyway because I couldn’t send it back again when others were already finished eating. The waiter asked if it was ok and I told him yes at that point because I had just decided that I would take it back to the resort and cook it more till crisp and Eat it on another day for leftovers. As I got ready to cook it a couple of days later I realized that it wasn’t just not crisp but it wasn’t even cooked throughly in some places. Apparently the cook doesn’t know there can be parasites in pork that is not cooked completely! If I get sick then I know what caused it. The service was bad also. We went a long time while waiting for our food with empty drink glasses. We finally saw our waiter and asked for a refill.

Where should I start. They didn’t bring out everyone’s drinks out at the same time. The food was lukewarm and not hot. There was almost no flavor in the food. Even the fish that came with the fish and chips was cooked all the way. The waiter was rude and even tried to replace the food when we asked for it to be taken off the check. Terrible place to eat. Never eating there again.

Alpine Union is one of the best places to be. Enjoy your lunch, dinner or late night drinks. The Bar is a cool place to be, with our favorite Bar tender, Sean. Some of the menu items are from the original Hard Rock Cafe, very good. The Alpine Union additions are even better. You will enjoy being here.

So we took our friend their for her birthday on a the 24th of May, place was totally dead. We wanted to take our friend to a more lively place but her and her boyfriend wanted to stay. Turned out to be their biggest mistake. The manager blew the birthday surprise, after a that the waiters refused to put a candle on her cake and refused to sing happy birthday. Food was over priced junk. In all fairness, all food and beverage managers at the hardrock casino should be fired, because these people just don’t know hospitality!

Currently sitting in the restaurant and have been waiting for over an hour for my food. Took over 30 minutes to get someone to get me a drink order. I asked a waitress for a cup of coffee as she walked by and she was extremely rude and told me she would get my waiter who took 20 minutes to come take my drink order. Then I ordered eggs Benedict and 30 minutes after I ordered they come out and tell me they don't have all the ingredients to make it. My glass was always empty, my food came out cold, and the forgot several people's meals at our table. I understand that a large part can be difficult, but I have never had as bad of service as I did here. And then they tried to make us pay 43 dollars in a tip. That didn't happen. If I could give no stars I would. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Stay away from this restaurant!!!
