I had a Build your own which I made with a chicken breast, goat cheese (yes they have that) spinach, bacon and an egg wash bun... It was amazing the service was quick and the kid at the counter was very nice and patient with me my sister and our four kids. Would recommend

Horribly run location. Slow service; communication issues, and employees doing repair work in kitchen where food was being prepared. One of our orders was wrong. Terrible experience.

I have been to this particular Smashburger location and another one in a shopping plaza at 5655 Centennial Center Boulevard which also has a Trader Joe's located conveniently nearby. My father, who never consumed large portions of anything in his old age, found the Mushroom Swiss Burger served by this franchise to be so tasty that he simply could not resist eating the entire sandwich - an extremely rare occurrence. Thus, also based on my own personal lip-smacking experience with this item, the Mushroom Swiss Burger comes highly recommended - absolutely delicious!

Wow my partner and I live in Vegas for 21 years now. We would always appreciate this restaurants courtesy and cleanliness until today! It is dirty, the floor is greasey and food all over. The AC don’t work, and the food was basically just thrown on the serving tray. The person at the register was not friendly or welcome in any way at all. We just wanted to eat and leave. I suggest you look for another location this one has gone down hill....

The girl working front counter with glasses and piercings had terrible customer service. Didn't welcome me in or say hello. She looked annoyed and very stern. The burger was was dry and looked burnt on both sides. The French fries were skimpy. Looks like a kids fry from McDonald's. The only reason I ate it cause I was high and I was already home. I thought I was going to have this big juicy burger

Decent hamburger joint with fresh fries. The Smash fries are seasoned and tasty. Nice outside area to set and enjoy good Vegas weather. Clean and good service, wide variety of fixens for your hamburger.

We came in 15 minutes before closing and Jennifer took our order. She asked if we were dining in or out. We said out. She then announced that they were closing in 12 minutes with a condescending tone. I asked her if we should leave, she promptly rolled her eyes and told me to do what ever we wanted. I should of taken that as a clue to run and never look back. Instead we ordered food. Once we got home it became apparent that the fries given to us were old and just reheated in the fryers as they were so hard they made kettle chips seem like mashed potatoes. The fried pickles were coated in salt, and the crispy chicken sandwich could of been used at a Golden Knights hockey game. I don't recommend going to this location unless your into old food and teenage angst.

I wouldn’t give their fries to my dogs. They are harder than any rawhide. The girl Jennifer (by her name tag) or Makaila (by the cooks order) was extremely put out that we were there. She would yell back to someone, each item I ordered who then would yell back to the cook. With each item, she sounded more whiny and pissy in her tone. I’m not sure how this is the new way to burger. When the food came up, I asked for some napkins and it sounded as if it broke her back and a bit of her soul leaked out through her sigh of choosing to work at a burger joint. Regardless of all this, being hungry, I forced down the burger which was no new way, yet was the only thing halfway edible. The pickles were so salty they are stroke worthy and asphalt has more elasticity than the chicken. Whatever I paid was no where worth the free ketchup packets, however I wouldn’t know what I paid because it was too much to get a receipt.
