A bit of a confusing ordering system... but all in all, amazing delicious deserts! The lobster tail was amazing, super crunchy, and not at all too sweet. My other half got a chocolate eclair and even thoght I'm not super fond of chocolate is was also amazing. Fillings were chilled to give them an almost refreshing taste!

Made a cake for my husband a month in advance. the day of his birthday I was picking it up and it wasn’t even made! They are horrible service and dishonest. But SW steak house gave him a cake and made up for what Carlos bakery did.

Today was my first time ever trying Carlo's Bakery . I was kinda of hesitant after reading the reviews but still wanted to try it myself. Well I was not disappointed. I ordered the velvet cupcake. It was yummy and moist. Me and my husband shared the cheesecake cupcake with the strawberry& it was also yummy. I will return when I visit Vegas again.

Well.. first of all paid for” best selling” cannoli ...NEVER RECIEVED IT ..2 were not in my bag..guest specialist nathaly ..SO YOU OWE ME 7.90 plus tax.. not IMPRESSED. Save your money folks...they just charge you and don’t put it in your bag.. FYI i spent 30.00! RIDICULOUS..

Very disappointed....bought cookies in the bakery last night. The flavor was not that great and they tasted very stale. I could have gotten a pack of 10 at the local grocery store for the price of one for a tastier bite!!

Was in Las Vegas for a Tournament and had a fancy dinner planned at Delmonico's at the Venetian. 3 of our friends had birthdays in the past couple of weeks and we decided to go out and purchase birthday cakes to celebrate. The original plan was to grab an Uber and go find a supermarket and grab a couple of birthday cakes when one of my buddies suggested I go to the Venetian Mall to Carlos’s Bakery as it was “famous” for having amazing cakes. This would actually save me the time of hailing an Uber and traveling as it was in the same hotel as the restaurant!! What a grand idea….I thought. So I went to Carlo’s Bakery waited almost 30 minutes, which I was ok with especially thinking about how good the cakes were going to be. I purchased (2) twelve inch birthday cakes one with chocolate and one with vanilla had the names placed on the top bought some candles and away I went! I delivered them to the restaurant in anticipation of our feast that night. Now we come into the restaurant and the meal is nothing short of amazing as it is Delmonico’s!! Time for desert and I am so excited for my friends to try these amazing cakes that I found and personally carried (gingerly) all the way here. The cakes were a total flop! Dry, stale and just not very good at all, Not what I expected from a $35 small cake. I expected Nirvana & complete bliss from my taste buds. I called the bakery the next day to say we didn’t eat the cakes as they were stale dry and the frosting was old and not fresh, not only did we not eat the cakes but the waiter also passed on taking the left overs home. Not what I expected for $70. I held and spoke to the manager and she put me on hold for some more, finally she comes back on and states this was not our fault obviously the restaurant got the cake form you at noontime for your 6 o’clock dinner then froze the cake then unfroze the cake and then served it to you. But what I can do for you is to offer you a 15% discount the next time we bend you over and sell you stale cake for $70.00 wasn’t that kind of her? I was a huge fan of the show and their product that is right until I tried the cake. Not so impressed anymore. You can keep my $70 I will make sure to tell 70 people this story. Eric S.

In a word, "meh". Had the lobster tail, chocolate canoli and a cookie. The cookie tasted like it was a day old. The canoli was hard and tasteless. And the lobster tail was runny and lackluster. The staff was also unemotional, and stale. I'm a big fan of Next Great Baker but this was a huge disappointment. I feel like Buddy would be ashamed of this place.

Tricky to find but so worth it! Lots of scrumptious baked goods a little on the pricey side, but that’s Vegas. We order eclairs, a cannoli, and a napoleon and everything was yummy and a nice serving size.

For a bakery that is featured on Food Network you sure don't know how to make a cupcake. Cake part dry and hard as a rock. Icing had a hint of old waste decay and fermentation. Why are your cupcakes so expensive? Why when you mini cakes taste so bad the birds would not eat my $9 slice of yuck would you charge so much? As a man of stature I have eaten many cakes in my life and many many pastries, your bakery does not need to be selling anything but office supplies because your pastries taste like paper.
