Love this location. The employees make the difference for sure. I dont think theres a single one I dont get some sort of daily conversation with while waiting for my drink.
The couple of times that my order was incorrect (hey it happens, those couple of times it was new employees) I politely told them and they fixed it no problem.
They have even helped me decide on flavors when I'm feeling something new. Try a frozen strawberry puff, add chocolate and an extra shot...its my current addiction.

BEST BIGGBY EVER! The staff is so friendly and informative, always making great suggestions when I'm looking to switch it up. I live out of town and pass multiple coffee shops to go to this specific location before work, just love the warm welcome and great service I get every visit! PS Dont for get to TIP YOUR BARISTAS!

Owner is always present, clean, neat, and very friendly place. Not to mention delicious drinks and food. Usually have specials or coupons and very active in supporting the local community.

Just picked up a 24 oz Iced White Lightning and it was delicious. The staff there was fun and super helpful. Sarah was cool. She’s going places for sure. I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I LOVE this Biggby! We have a few others to choose from in Battle Creek, but this is the one to go to if you want fast, friendly service and good products. Plus, I think it's so great that they invest time and effort into the community. I would definitely recommend over and over again!

The team is awesome here... Love coming to my local shop. They are focused on community causes and give great service. Our dog even gets a treat when we walk here. The music is a little loud, but the selections are good.
