Went for happy hour...4 to 6. Margaritas and can't remember what we ate. The margaritas must have been pretty good... Lol

We had a pretty good experience. We did order the lobster guacamole, but didn't think it was worth it. I had the filet mignon from the menu and husband had the sirloin special. The entree's were very good and full of flavor. We also had the tres leches and tacos dulces desserts. They weren't anything special. I would suggest skipping the desserts.

Went to Ac for my birthday Went to this restaurant on a Wednesday very slow day and asked to be seated near the window for a nice view I was told no server was avaible to service that section. Meanwhile the moment we realize the couple behind us was seated across from us at the same table we asked to be sat at. When I brought it up to the host attention she mention the server was picking up extra tables. I was very upset. Now meanwhile we still observing the menu and waiting for a server finally he came his name is HUGO very nice apologetic stand up guy. He took our order and was nice and attentive. Minutes later a young causaian came 15 mins saying sorry I took long can I get you something to drink we said we already have a server. She said oh I’m sorry . So Hugo over heard her and said well if u want it take it. So I didn’t want a server who was 15 mins late arriving to our table and HUGO gave her the table which was upsetting because he was a great server he brought the empanadas out and never saw him again, the server lady took our drink order of two Coronas which we never got because it was sitting at the bar opened and hot once we walked up to find a server to pay the bill She was no where in site and no where to asked if we needed napkins or return with our drinks. Hugo did all the work and was no longer our server.

Preferred from the Veracruz experience menu and we were not disappointed. There was actually too much food, and then the waiter explained this included dessert! Our waiter, Hugo, was awesome and I would definitely recommend reserving a table when you come to Harrah's.

Food was bad. Just the quesadillas were good and with flavour. Drinks at Happy Hour (HH) and service at HH are good. Dinner-Time: waitress was with an unfriendly attitude and rude. Small sizes no flavour (excpt quesdla.). AVOID getting the "paella", yack. So, this place was just good for HH. (Experience from 2017, October)

Another overpriced low quality casino restaurant. I will say the guacamole is VERY good. Otherwise, everything else was lacking flavor. Tacos are smaller than average tacos, and just flat out didn't taste good. Waitress was nice though.

First of all, I must admit that the margarita was very good, and the food we had was above average (from the 3-course "Experience" menu). My wife & I went there using a voucher we bought from the Living Social ("discount" price of $55, which included a margarita, souvenir glass & parking voucher). We waited 15 minutes for the manager to approve the voucher (twice) before the server took our order. She instructed us to order from the $35 "Experience" menu. Soon after our entrees were served, the manager approached us to let us know that the voucher was only for 1, and we had to pay for the rest. The coupon (after reading it several times) did mention "limit 1 per visit, 1 party". It was unusual for "party of 1" vouchers in AC. After the confrontation, we lost our appetite & just packed our "left-over" to go. What a way to ruin our dinner, even when the management decided not to charge us for the 2nd dinner at the end. This new joint overcharged for "dinner package for 1". It would have cost $110 for party of 2! There are several outlets with bigger names in the casinos & nearby (e.g. Gordon Ramsey, Guy Fieri's Chophouse, Buca Di Peppo) that charge far less for a better deal. Competition is fierce in AC. Compare carefully before you patronize the Veracruz.

We came kind of late on a Friday and sat at the bar because they were busy. The service was good and friendly. We shared the chips and salsa, the sopas and the empanadas. Everything we ordered was very good with the Sopas being the best. The food was served very very quickly which we appreciated since we were starving. I recommend.

Primarily serves tapas and smaller dishes, but size is deceiving, they are quite filling and exceptionally well prepared. I had a 3 course sampler with drinks for $50. The drinks are generous and tasty, and the food is exquisite. Their dessert taco is a true delight.
