The food was nothing special, about par for the strip. The server was friendly, but not attentive . Took 10 minutes from the time he asked if I would like more water til the time I actually got it.the coconut margarita was great tho. Talk a walk down the strip to Nacho daddy at planet Hollywood is so much better food ,service, & prices are better too. Nothing outstanding, but my phone asks me every day to review this place, so here ya go.

I have never experienced anything so horrible. Our waitress was actually so rude that I thought she was having an issue with her co-worker who helped her serve our food... But in mid serve we asked for more napkins (because she only gave us 2 and there were 4 of us at the table.) and she turned, grabbed more napkins, and threw them. Then said we were "doubting her" because she served us the wrong food. She said it was our fault that we asked for separate checks because then she hands them in with other orders, so we would all get our food at separate times. I was so shocked that she was being so unprofessional, that I had to ask her if she was upset with us for something that we weren't aware of. She walked away and didnt come back to our table until it was time to deliver our checks. Another server seen what happened and came over to us. He was kind and tried to smooth things over. To top it all off tho, the food wouldn't have been worth it even if the service was good. It was awful.

The food here was excellent - very delicious, and the music was good too. I was here with a group of 7 other girls, and we were all extremely disappointed with the service we received. Our waiter was curt, inattentive, and the opposite of warm and friendly. At one point, one of my friends found some plastic packaging material in her vegetables, and when she brought it to the attention of the waiter, he asked where it was and then proceeded to take her plate away, without expressing any form of concern or apology. He didn't even offer to bring her a new plate, and when she volunteered that she didn't want a replacement plate, he curtly replied "okay" before walking away. We were so displeased that we ended up asking for the manager to express our concerns. This turned our evening around somewhat. The manager listened patiently to everything we had to say, genuinely apologized, said he would address the issue with the waiter, and offered to buy us a round of drinks. We did decline, but he ensured that he added a discount to our bill at the end of the night, which was a nice touch in making up for our earlier experience. It was a pity our experience with the service started off on such a sour note, which shaped the rest of the evening, as otherwise the food, ambience and music was lovely.

Excellent service, amazing burritos, and awesome chips and salsa. They kept our water glasses full the entire meal which I was shocked by because we were not drinking alcohol on this stop. The patio was extremely comfortable and had a TV on so we could watch the vegas nights hockey game. I highly recommend them. The chicken burrito and pork burrito were both amazing.

Atmosphere is really cool! They have a mechanical bull inside, and an upstairs bar area! But the food is not too great. Of your going here to eat I would skip this spot

Good food, great location SMALL portions & extremely expensive. Loss of two stars due to them charging for chips and salsa. Totally ridiculous.

1st time experience while on vacation & it was my Husband birthday & we were trying to have lunch. We had a magarita from outside, & was told we couldn't sit down with outside drinks. We said that's fine can we order to go. We were to yes just got to bar & place order. Which we did manage to place order. Was told 15mins & order would be ready. My husband to gentle we would just walk outside & come back to pick up order. We come back to get order to take back to hotel. We were stopped by young lady as we walked in & she immediately was rude & said we don't allow outside drinks. We explained we just order food to go & was coming to pick it up, she was rude & told us she couldn't allow it. Well my husband really wanted his fajitas, but I just couldn't see giving them my money. Not to mention we were referred by someone to eat here while in Vegas. No a good look for visitors.

Came to Chayo with friends before the Mat Franco show as part of a dinner and show experience. It was busy there and the patio had been recently updated. It was great to sit outside and people watch. During our experience we had items that did not come out in a timely manner but the courses did come out correctly. Come to find out the manager had to come up with a seating chart for the servers during our dining experience which is the reason certain items took longer than expected. The manager gave my friend and I 2 appetizers due to the frustration we experienced although the food was good. We came back the next day during happy hour and to our amazement it probably one of the best experiences. The atmosphere was awesome and the bartender chad basically gave service with a smile and free entertainment. Peach margarita was incredible!!!! Hands down it was a great start to the night.

Stopped in for happy hour for a margarita. Was sent up stairs where we were ignored.after10 minutes left but stopped to tell the lovely ladies why we were leaving. All I wanted was a margarita. Once it was explained one if the ladies went and got the manager. I told him the story. The mabager immediately got me a delicious one to go at no charge. In my eyes they made good on the lack of attention from the upstairs staff. I will come back before I leave.
