This casino is a joke and controls the machines. I have been attending since they opened, but realized how they really work when the machine I was playing started playing on it's own and using my money. When a supervisor was called they told me it's because the buttons stick but clearly for a minute straight the machine did it's own thing without being touched. Better off driving to Indiana, better pay outs, no scams. I would not spend my money ever again here!

I only went here for the canopy buffet and I must say the food was pretty good. I was there on a Wednesday when they their all you can eat crab leg special after 5pm. I really enjoyed the food, but it's kind of pricey and it can get really crowded. Overall I enjoyed myself and I would definitely recommend it.

The place is pretty clean. Friendly staff. Smoke free except for the smoking terrace. I'd give it 5 stars if I won every time I went but that isn't the case. I have done pretty well here, though. Moderation is key!

Too crowded. Minimum table limits too high and hard to find an opening at a table with the lowest limit. Do not like multiple different ways you can bet now on a simple blackjack table. Takes up way too much time. Also don't like that the dealer has to press some screen in front of him/her before every hand. I think they may be typing how much money is being bet per hand. Seriously?! Do you really have to keep control of that sort of thing?! So with that and the multiple side bets that are on the tables now, just makes for very slow monotonous play. Not to mention their dealers are not trained very well and take a lot of time to figure out payouts.

First time I was ever there. Quite chaotic. Lots of action. I saw quite a few WINNERS in my 2 hr. Visit. Went with wife and my sister who go fairly frequently. My sister likes this casino as she says it is cleaner and neater than many she's been to. You can go quite along time on the slots for about $20, unless you are cursed with the worst luck in the world. Restaurants are pricey but perhaps the quality justified it, I didn't eat there.

Clean environment with courteous staff. Several restaurant options. Buffet a very good value especially since I was given a 2 for 1 voucher being as it was my first visit. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because there was no other stores in the immediate proximity to enrich my visit experience. If you enjoy gambling, this could easily be your paradise.

Fun, if you have the patience to wait and find a game you want to play, but still fun nonetheless. They have a nice outdoor seating area at their club. Still prefer to head up north to really gamble but it's nice to have somewhere close that isn't limited to 5 machines.

Nice place. Good place for an evening of entertainment. Enjoyed the Pomegranate Martini. The environment is full of buzz and activity, but very comfortable. You feel the presence of solid security. Won $700 in under 20 minutes.

Rivers Casino is a mixed bag of fun. Tables, slots and an awesome nightclub makes this place a must visit location. Bar serves great drinks. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Venture here to have some fun. Ample parking and well lit, clean facilities. Close to O'hare Airport and major hotels in the area.

If you are at the casino and get hungry, check out the Canopy Buffet. Great food, something for everyone. Friendly and accommodating staff. The dining area and buffet are always kept very clean. Make sure you leave room for dessert. So many delicious choices. I've only been there for dinner and plan on checking it out for lunch. If you like casual dining with great good you should check this place out.
