Great Food and a very nice staff is the perfect combination! This restaurant offers a warm family environment that makes you want to visit again and again!!

The chick's there are either skinny with no assets or monumentally huge. Food is just like any other hooters: mediocre.

Tonight is the second night that I have came to hooters in the past 2 months and service has been completely terrible. The first time I didn't really make a big deal about it because I didn't think it was serious enough to do anything about and got over it. But tonight we went to watch the game. We arrived before the crowd got there so the servers wouldn't be overwhelmed and our service and food would get to us in a timely manner. At first 3 different girls come up to us to ask about drinks so we don't know which one is really our server, but that's not a problem at least they are working together. I asked for a water with lemon and I guess it takes 30 minutes just for someone else who is not my server to bring lemons after we asked 3 times. Then the food comes out which my only problem was that they are suppose to be curly fries and all we had was the bottom of the pan crumbs. We asked the manager for new fries and at first he seemed as if he didn't want to get them for us because he didn't see anything wrong with them. But he says he will get some, (I think his name was Josh). Well 20 minutes later I ask him how long are our fries going to be. He started laughing and immediately I cut him off and said what's funny I don't see anything funny about this! He then said that it was funny cause he asked one of his servers to brings them to us (someone he thought was serving the table) which means he don't even know which server was for our table. As a manger, he should have brought them himself to a unhappy guest. Well another 20 minutes rolls around and I get up and ask another server to ask the manager for my fries and a chef walks out so I asked him cause you get someone to bring my fries and finally I get my fries after 40 minutes of waiting and the rest of my food gone by this point. The manager never does come back to our table and doesn't even try to take off the fries we waited 40 minutes for as a guest recovery. Therefore, poor management and poor service has made this the last time I will go to hooters!

Sitting at the bar has drawbacks but it wasn't with the service nor food. That part was excellent. It's the view of the kitchen...just a little overworked and kinda messy. Sorry no pic

I actually like the food and think of the "hooter" as an accent. The older you get the less you worry about the breast as compared to the food on the plate. The food on the plate has had me coming back years. The girl change but the food remains good enough to remember. I'm sure you've been here before, but if you haven't, you should.

Love the snow crabs here. But I believe more training is necessary as sometimes the waitress does not get the orders right. Sometimes someone is left out at the table with a particular appetizer they ordered. but we did have a waitress named Ray who is so efficient so nice so friendly that she should be the model for all employees
