Everything about this place is inconvenient, right now. Hard to navigate. Poker room is only open on certain days and times. The restaurants are open to members only. And. The buffet closes early. If you order delivery, you have to pi k it up in the lobby. Its easier to just go get it. There's remodeling going on. So, some things will be remedied. I just experienced everything all at once. I've had better experiences here before the remodeling.

The casino and shopping/entertainment center is great! It was more than I expected for Maricopa. We are at the casino buffet, which was pretty good. We went on seafood night and had a bunch of crab. We went to the movies right after, and had a blast. We walked through the bowling alley and the game center, both were really new and up to date. This whole area is great to bring family now. I will definitely come back.

I stayed here complimentary and it is currently under construction. This affected the scenery inside but I was surprised at the customer service. Everyone from the receptionists, manager's, game attendants were so genuinely kind that I look forward to going back even though it's not finished being remodeled. The dinner buffet offers many choices but have had better food and for the price id eat at another one of there restaurants there. Table games are offered on the casino side with alot of slot games. I'd prefer this casino over all others in the immediate area.

Extremely busy. Which is fine. However, the casino and hotel were obviously not prepared for the rush (free buffet and giveaway) to the point where people were waiting in line for up to 3 hours to get in to the restaurant. We ended up eating at one of the other restaurants in the casino, only to find that they had run out of multiple items. We finally selected something that they had on hand, but it was not what we originally wanted. The wait staff was great as always and the smoker free area was big, which was a bonus.

This place is awesome. They are under construction, but regardless, my family and I had a great time. My room was clean for the most part. There was some mold in the shower, but from what I understand, they are expanding the hotel and hopefully the older rooms will be renovated. The casino floor is clean and well kept. The beverage service is quick. My husband and son used the pool. It has a swim up bar, lots of lounge chairs, and friendly, helpful pool attendants. We ate at the Copper Cactus and our cheeseburgers were perfect. I even won a jackpot, which was wonderful, of course. My biggest compliment has to go to the employees. I have visited several Ceasar's Entertainment casinos across the US. The employee here are absolutely wonderful. I was greeted by every single employee I came across. That is not an exaggeration. Every. Single. Employee. Even when they were walking in to start their shift, they would pause to say"Good Morning" or to ask how I was doing. With the new expansion and the exemplary customer service, I may just have a new favorite casino to go to.

This place is awesome! I can't believe how it has grown over the years. This has become a destination getaway. Love the rooms with the balcony. Love the pool. I enjoy the steak house as usual. Nice to have an all night Deli. Simply Beautiful can't wait to go back

Drove down with some friends and it was a bit far but seemed to be well worth it at first. Had a good time playing the slots and then decided to try the buffet. It was wonderful. Problems arose after lunch when all the machines would not take our vochures. We waited for a while but since we had a long drive ahead of us we had to leave. The lines to cash out quickly became extremely long so we ended up leaving with vouchers and no money:-(. Within a few days we got an email regarding our visit and I explained in a long email what had happened. I expected to hear back from someone but it never happened. Why should you spend the time to evaluate your visit when they don't respond?

Went to the buffet with the family. Food was alright, ambiance was nice. Played for a bit, but didn't do great, wife won a room for the night, then we were told they were booked for the weekend for a golf event so they couldn't honor out until Wednesday or Thursday... So we didn't get to use the room. A lot of renovating going on though. Made getting through the building tough. Fortunately when they're done there will be a second wing/tower of rooms.

This was a very nice casino. This was my first time visiting since 2013 & boy have they grown! They have built a huge new hotel that looks AMAZING, although it is not open yet. I did stay there in 2013 which the stay was wonderful. All of the people that work there are sweet as can be! It is a Casino tho so be prepared to loose some money! 😄

Really nice hotel and some good gaming area's. The cactus garden is spectacular. The pool is really nice as well. The staff was very friendly. Slots we're fun. I will be returning. I didn't get to use the free night they gave me but I'll try it again soon. Best Harrah's I've been to and I've been to them all. The food was really good also. Everyone was having a good time. Drink services we're quick. Thanks for a fun evening.

Very clean rooms. Location is a bit out of city limits. Super nice pool with a swim up bar. Casino is currently under construction so a bit inconvenient temporarily. Theater and entertainment center within walking distance. Third time as a guest and really have enjoyed each stay. Friendly staff and very helpful.

Went to visit family who was staying there. They rented a Cabana by the pool for the day. They are only big enough to seat about 8, but we made do. At about 6 o'clock in the evening the sprinklers came on, which was a problem because I was sitting in the grass right behind our Cabana and we had put a lot of our stuff back there so we weren't tripping over it. We had to scramble to get all our stuff before it was soaked. We were too late for some things. The pool was wonderful and the perfect temperature. The staff was very friendly. We had dinner at the steakhouse and it was excellent.

Really nice gaming facility. Friendly workers and prompt drink service on the floor. Smoking area is sectioned off from the non-smoking area and it doesn't seem to mix, though I believe you can only get to the non-smoking area by going through the smoking area. I was there too late at night to try any of the restaurants, but the casino floor was quite packed for 11pm on a Sunday! 4 stars given because I'd like more of the penny games where your total bet is around 35 cents. I'm cheap!
