Hotels live and die by their service at a human level, and this Hilton was outstanding. From the valet, to the front desk, concierge, and bar and restaurant staff, I felt like I was a top priority to them. My room was typical Miami extravagance. As a male it didn't bother me, but it's worth noting that the rooms are very masculine in every way. The location is prime, and this is obvious due to the constant influx of people. There's quite a bit of folks at the bar, which is surprising, though it's not a packed Miami scene. I was within walking distance of outstanding areas, so if you're willing, you can definitely do it. Overall, I was highly satisfied. I don't have much to say because there's not much to say! I should comment that I don't think they rotate their beds. It's a little annoying having to shuffle about when I'm coming back from a night of drinking, but I don't think it's worth dropping a star.

Great stay. Comfortable beds, spacious room. Everyone from the guys at valet to the greeters to the staff at breakfast and last but not least the staff at check in we're all speedy, efficient, kind and all seemed to love there job. Highly recommend for stay in Miami. My family look forward to our future stay here when we return to Mia. Quick tip I booked a bundle deal stay, breakfast and park. VERY MUCH WORTH IT. The breakfast was buffet style with an option of a choice from the kitchen, parking was valet for each day stay. Thank you all for a wonderful stay.

Very nice rooms attentive staff however it took three room changes before I got the right room. The front desk clerk made it right by giving me free breakfast. Also I was promised a microwave oven in an hour but it took 2 1/2 hours before I got my microwave. They have to set expectations a little better than they do. I would recommend staying at the hotel, but you have to be patient when it comes to expectations.

Location was great! It was right in the middle of the city. The lounge was spacious and well kept. Our room was very beautiful with a fantastic view. Valet (charged extra) was very quick in getting our car from the parking lot. Great service. The metro station is very close, a quarter mile probably. There's a Burger King right opposite to the hotel. A supermarket is also present in walking distance. Overall, it was amazing! We'll definitely stay there again if we are visiting Miami!

Excellent location of the Hilton brand. Awesome Valet, check in staff, bar staff and the breakfast staff were the best. By far my best experience staying at a hotel. Everybody was so helpful and friendly in a genuine and honest way. Thank you

Beautiful hotel. Bed was pretty comfortable. Didn't have a shower curtain for my one night stay which was annoying. Room was also right next to the elevator, so we could hear it every time it opened. Other than those email things, would definitely recommend! The Bay view is fantastic

I visited as a Gala participant. The hotel is excellent. The staff is knowledgeable about the place. The food is delicious. Room temperature was set comfortably so that all guests could enjoy. You must visit for your events or for a stay.

After a long flight coming in from San Francisco, I arrived extra early not expecting to get a room. Darryl and Vianca (or Bianca?) both were so great and accommodating! We were able to have breakfast while we waited for our room & Darryl was so nice enough to upgrade our room with a breathtaking view of bay! We were so impressed by the service, food, location & everything about this hotel! Thank you for making our first time to Miami so memorable.

My experience at the Hilton was really good, the customer service was excellent from the front desk to the room attendant. The room was im excellent shape & looked great. The beds were comfortable, the room temperature was a little on the colder side but it was tolerable. The shower was great but the only feature in there was it didn't have a vent to turn on to get rid of the steam. Overall it was a great experience.

The concierge (Guy) was amazing! So nice and knowledgeable! Bar staff was nice, location was great BUT it was in no way what I works expect from A Hilton. The rooms were not clean nor were they anything special in terms of amenities or updates. It was NOT woman friendly as in, there were no mirrors for getting ready outside of the bathroom. For a group traveling together, this was very inconvenient! The view of the port WOULD HAVE been Beautiful but the windows were so filthy, it was difficult to enjoy. Also, the cleaning staff that we encountered were very unfriendly. Not worth the price in my opinion.
