First time eating here and my first time in Miami and this location has really bad service the staff had a bad attitude and could not speak English! Our food was horrible had to send two sandwiches back cause they had no bacon on them and the lady that had to remake our food was very rude and never changed her gloves while touching everything and making our food, I asked her to Change her gloves and she gave me attitude we finally get our food and my friend still didn't get bacon on her sandwich! The restaurant is nasty so are the bathroom's you have to go out a fire exit door down a hallway put a coin in the door lock to use the bathroom. The bathroom had graffiti on the mirror and the men's room smelled of piss. Very sad place I would eat somewhere else besides here.

The food is good but the service is not pleasant. I would give a lower rating but the food is actually good. Still, I would not recommend this location to anyone (not even with online ordering).

This is the worst Pollo Tropical I been to they never have mango tea , cook rib or chicken . They did not open on time at all . The manager at this store is racist a black lady ask for job application .the manager tell her they must know Spanish to work there . A lot of there worker do not know English at all. Cook do not wash their hand dealing with raw chicken or meat . After touching raw food they go touch cook food to give to customer.The manager at this store is lazy she do not care if her worker give customer food borne illness at this store .

This restaurant served really good Mexican food, well done and when I ate there on 9/3/17, some of the delicacies I preferred were already finished because they had many customers. The biggest problem in this restaurant is access to a restroom. The restroom has a coin machine on the door where you have to insert coins in order to enter however on that day the machine was down, I almost pissed on myself struggling to push coins in the machine, then someone who saw me shouted at the waitress to please open the restroom because their coin machine is not working. She did open for us, however we were not pleased about the situation.

Great ribs. OK chicken. Chicken a bit dry from time to time. Fast service and accommodating staff. I would eat there again.
