I played in the poker room. I play 1-2 NLH for fun, not with my rent money. I think I was in the minority on that. Old tables, acient chips, polite dealers, good high hand jackpots. Why a 2 you ask? While most of the players were either quiet or nice, a high enough percentage of jerks ruined the day. I was planning on heading back tomorrow but I think I will pass. And lest you think it's because I lost, I booked a slight positive session.

Great atmosphere and had an awesome time. Dealers are very friendly and being ive played at different place i would definitely recommend this place! Fun and fair

I love this place. It has been here for a long time and I have been coming for over 20 years. Good food and beer, handicap parking is free in the 2 dollar budget lot.

Everything is reasonably priced. The sherbet is amazing. Vote number 5 every-time. Bets at 10 cents at machine and $2 at the window. Friday night was not packed.

Always a nice cozy track for either live greyhound racing or simulcast. Very good food for a track in their upstairs restaurants. Very friendly staff. I like that they emoloynpeople who have physical challenges. Free parking and entrance. They also have a busy poker room.

I am a frequent customer of the Palm Beach kennel club. The staff is always above avg tho today Josh the floor manager after noon shift 2/16 was extremely helpful and made it so I didn’t have to leave by taking my out going mail and making sure it went out with the companies mail. This individualized attention along with the day to day excellence is what makes the Palm Beach kennel club wonderful place in my opinion.

Great place to hang out and do some gambling on the greyhounds or via simulcast. Additionally, poker room was fairly clean and organized. I found beers to be cheaper than other comparable places. The only negative I noticed is that it may get warmer inside during the summer months. Overall I had a good experience.

First and last time I will visit this place. Played poker, and actually was winning some great hands and even tripled my buy in--so no complaints on the challenge of Friday night players. That said, let's get to the dealers. The first annoyance came when a dealer was barking at me over and over to move my chips to the right of me (sitting on his right). I told him I can't because they would be in front of the guy on the corner. Then, the guy on the corner kept folding and mucking his cards in front of me. The dealer wasn't paying attention, so he'd fuss at me for not playing a hand I already folded and said it was my fault for not moving my chips. What? Pay attention dealer! I wasn't even in play. Then, the icing that broke the camels back came when I raised a bet by $15.00 on a straight draw. The guy across pushes all in with $37.00. I weigh the options, and decide an extra $22.00 is fine. Dealer says I needed another $15.00. I said, I am the one who raised and he went all in. So I matched the $37.00. He said he swiped the $15.00 already and left the amount on top. I was watching and never saw any such rake. I argued and he argued back and said, look, you can bet the $15.00 you raised or fold. I decided to just lose the $15.00 and be done with the hand. So I folded the $15.00 and reached for my $22.00. Then he says, no, you can't have the $22.00 because it crossed the line. I said, what? You said I could lose the $15.00 or fold. He argues again and says no, I said you'd lose the $$22.00. He never said that! So, I told him, fine, I'll pay an extra $15.00 and play the cards. He says, nope you mucked them. What? Totally trapped me from my $22.00 plus the $15.00 I had already potted plus the preflop bets. I said, screw this and cashed out. Told the manager what happened and he said he'd talk to the dealer. No chance of getting my cash back though, so I just expressed my concerns for the principle of it. I will never come back to this place ever because of how it was handled and no concern of making it right. Plenty of other poker rooms for me to go. Good riddance.

Bet the dogs live or on simulcast along with the horses and jai lai. The poker room is nice and you can play 5 or 7 card stud as well as Hold 'em and Omaha. Staff were friendly and helpful..

Poker Room: Practically no effort goes into planning their monthly tournaments. Other poker rooms in south Florida do a great job by comparison. The cash games can be fun but only if you don't get stuck with one of the dealers who are slipping into senility, pushing pots the wrong way, and struggling to put together a side pot. I guess you could say it's the luck of the draw if you get a good dealer ;) See what I did there. I don't really bet the dogs or horses.
