Used to be good. About 3 years ago this was the best place for late night eats in Tampa. Now the food is gas station quality. I'm not sure what happened. Nachos were swimming in some artifical cheese goo. Grouper was freezer burnt. Fried fish was overcooked. The water was really good though :)
