Bernie & Peter, VERY helpful from right inside the door. Patiently answered a lot of questions. The "other fireplace vendor in Arlington Heights" couldn't even be bothered to give us a quote.

Oscar and his assistant just left our home after installing our new gas fireplace, ending a series of wonderful experiences with Hearth and Home. We entered the store showroom a month ago not intending to purchase anything, but, after seeing the terrific products and talking to a knowledgable salesperson, we found ourselves happy owners of a new fireplace. I must give extra praise to the installer, Oscar, and his helper, however. The installation was timely, tidy, and very professional! We can recommend this store whole-heartedly.
