I pay extra to have paper delivered to my doorstep, but often have to search for it in my bushes or in the dirt

Need a replacement newspaper as mine is soaked from rain. Can not reach anyone from this paper for new paper. Says they are open on web site but phone recording says they open an hour and a half later. My father likes to read it upon rising. How frustrating it is not to be able to solve a simple problem.
