Will never go here again. Walked in to an empty restaurant, to be told it would take at least 30 min to get 2 sandwiches.

Nice staff good food but understaffed (there are 3 people wokrjnw). Is 20-30 minutes to looking to wait for a sub? My lunch is almost over.😐

So went here to eat with my family of four kids and was surprised and very sad to learn the promotional coupons we bought from our local high school were not honored. There are not expired. The owner was rude and condescending. Not helpful at all. Refused to take them and said she did not make any $ off them because she was the “new” owner. We decided not to eat here that day or ever again. So rude and unsympathetic. I left so angry and disgusted. Went done the street to jimmy johns on Butterfield. Never ever go here. Rude service and money greedy owner 😡. Guess u didn’t make any money off the coupons but u also lost a family of regular customers. So u won’t make any more money from us. Don’t go here if u expect to be treated well when there is a problem

New owners are horrible. They are not honoring the coupon from the coupon book they provide to the schools to hand out to support their school. When I called to address with the owner, she claimed she wasn't the owner, I told her I was going to take this up with the school and the local Chamber and she said, that's fine, and hung up... Will never go there again.

Always a great experience at this location. Wish it was easier to order a byo... BYO shouldn't already come with items on it. It has been my experience at multiple locations that it makes it very difficult for the employees taking the order to follow.

Great place to stop by! Came in with my girlfriend. Ryan Schild customer service is phenomenal; best customer service I've ever been given. Please give him a raise!!!
