Weve been here close to a dozen times. The food is always on point and the staff is pretty friendly.
We, obviously, will be back and I would recommend FinalCut to anyone.
Ps-read the negative reviews. Its people that complain just to complain.

Not impressed with the steakhouse. Definitely not worth the price that is charged. For a $36 steak it was over cooked, tough, and a little too charred on the outside. I like my steaks medium rare. Baked potato was hard. We did like the crab cakes those were good and the wine was excellence. Service was subpar. Definitely won’t be back.
In fact the food at the casino is no good. Ate at the 99 hop place too once and it wasn’t good either.
Just go there to gamble. DON’T EAT THE FOOD!

Service was not five star, prime rib was average. Food was overpriced. The ambience was great.

Ordered soup, it came out wrong, ordered salad, it came out wrong twice!!!!!, For the money, I would not come back. NOT a top end steakhouse. I ordered rare, came out medium well at best, not red or rare. . This may be one of my worst experiences for a steak restaurant. Do not waste you money here.

Decent place. Got the ribeye with Spinach. I asked for medium rare and my steak was a little overdone but nothing too crazy just closer to medium.
Meat was butchered very nicely and had a great presentation. I did not think the quality of the meat lined up with the price. Typical corn-fed Midwest beef, I would guess a choice cut.
Staff was very nice and hospitable.
