Great stay, we were only there for 1 night but the lobby and room was very clean and modern. The bed was very comfy and we had a perfect view of the river out our window. Free Parking garage attached to the hotel was nice. All staff was nice! Would love to stay again!

I'd just like to thank all the staff at the Tropicana where I had a wonderful stay. Beautiful room, great food and drinks and I even left with a small win in my pocket! Could not have asked for more!

Dirty and rigged. Been to a few casinos. Been to this one 4 times now and have never heard anyone win nor have I ever hit anything above 2 or 3 bucks. Machine quality is poor. I prefer the Indian Casinos down south.

Had a great time. Smoke smell wasn't as bad as some of the reviews say.. The only time I smelled it enough to bother me was when a guy sat near me at a slot machine. I can't wait to go back tho.

The people were nice and friendly. Beautiful on the outside. There was a $15 resort fee. There was no pool. The fitness room had mirrors and two treadmills. There was only one parking area for the Casino and Hotel.

It needs to be non smoking! The casino looks amazing, like it is in Vegas! I like the layout with the entertainment and deli areas at the front. It is bright and airy, very pleasing to the eye, but I could not enjoy being there because the casino allows smoking.

I was anxious to come play in the new casino, but it was terrible. You sent me money to play on but I lost it almost immediately. I then put $115 of my money in slots but never won enough money to continue to play on. I have never been so disappointed in my life. I may never come back. You did send us two free buffets and we ate at The Kitchen, delicious food. Our free overnight stay was really nice too, but it is not worth our time to drive there from LaGrange, KY. I am so depressed about this trip. In fact my husband may never bring me back unless you can make it worth while. To top all this, you charged me $17.25 resort charge when we checked out today. This charge is not acceptable to us. Hope you can all your ducks in a row and offer me something to make us want to come back. Let's see if you post this review.

I went there to try out my luck at the Casino, had a GREAT TIME! The Casino has a little Las Vegas feel to it and the staff was phenomenal. Sr. Casino Host, Dianna Hart gives the Casino & Hotel that personalized touch to make you want to come back! The professionalism she demonstrated showed that she really cares about the customers and that they feel "welcomed"! She was helpful, courteous and knowledgeable about the Casino. Her demeanor was certainly appreciated. Only had one bad experience with a pit boss, Mr. Hung- Honestly, he should not be on the floor serving clients. He was rude with an attitude and unprofessional when he was asked a question about card process. If it were not for Diana Hart, the rating would be a ONE star based on Mr. Hung’s attitude (lets back to positive). The hotel rooms are in fact, pretty nice, unique style and you can tell that go the extra step by making sure that there are enough electrical outlets to plug all of your phones, charges, laptops, etc! If you are in town, this is the place to visit! Yes, there is smoke and I'm a non-smoker but the fun at the Casino will override the smoke! I think you will have a BLAST! Thank you Tropicana!

I didn't think it smelled like smoke until you were by somebody smoking, so they must have a great ventilation system in place. We really enjoyed it, especially my adult daughter who is in an electric wheelchair. She was able to drive right under some slot machines and play.

Great parking easy access to Casino. Once your in let the fun begin. Great Slots, Black Jack, Craps, Roulette. Excellent live entertainment. 2 good venues to get a bite to eat. Very nice employees all wrapped up in a fantastically designed layout that leaves you in awe
