Gambling is not a lot different than any other Casino in Iowa. But go to the steak house. Very good food, and good prices. Seems like it is kind of under the radar. Never been busy when we have gone. Always get right in. Service can be a little slow. But that just means an extra cocktail before dinner.

The bingo was really fun with lots of game options. Excellent selection of new and exciting slot machines. The entire casino could use a better air circulation system as the cigarette smoke was very thick.

This might be the best thing in Iowa.I know it's the only reason we go there. Great place for Bingo up to 3 sessions a day 7 days a week, and high stakes too. They have a $5000.00 per game session. Huge casino! Off track betting and a poker room. Great Hotel, a number of dinning options , there is also a wonderful SPA area.

It's OK. Not many friendly workers. Restroom near pool was horrible. Casino was clean. They don't allow you to take a cup of the free coffee or soda out of the casino with you. Lots of games to choose from. Bingo cost is $25 to start. I will not return.

Only went for the Friday night buffet all you can eat crab legs and prime rib. Food was good. Staff was friendly and helpful

The casino is nice. They have bingo, which seems to not be a thing at some other Iowa casinos somehow. The buffet was good too. The downside was the room we were in was pretty dated. Some kind of moldish thing happening in the shower ceiling. The room was cheap enough though. All in all a fun time!

It's my wife and myself favorite date getaway. The music is lively and fun. The slots are our favorite and they have great payouts when you're lucky!!! The staff have been pleasant to us and we have never had any issues when we go. The hotel stay was fun and relaxing when we stayed for our anniversary one year. I even hit a jackpot that weekend!!!

A VERY clean well-maintained place to gamble and play bingo. Their buffet is quite good along with a steak house for those who love beef. ALWAYS have a good time going there on Senior Center Bus Trips. If you are interested we have one planned for JUNE with room available so far.

Best casino around. Food is excellent in Buffet by wide margin. Other food places are very good as well. Hotel is very nice and reasonable rates. Remember this is a casino and sometimes they will take your money..but...there is a lot off slots to play as well as table games. they are not as busy as they were 10-15 years ago with more casinos within 60 miles of them but I would rather go to this casino as any other..........

This is the best buffet I have been to in a long time! For about twenty bucks, there were so many choices! The prime rib was perfectly seasoned and so tender. They have a Chinese section, a taco section, potatoes, fried chicken, green bean casserole, fresh fruits, vegetables salad bar with watermelon, strawberries, and the deserts: Pumpkin pie, chocolate cream pie, Pecan pie, fruit pies, raisin cream pie. There were cookies - even macadamia nut white chocolate. Everything was delicious and the waitress filled my drink before I even realized I was running out. However, we lost about thirty dollars on the games. If you like really good food, go to this buffet!

As soon as you walk in you are overwhelmed by the smell of smoke, it was terrible. Then we were greeted so unprofessionally. The staff was standing around gossiping and the lady that helped us didn't have any customer service skills at all. You would think that with spending as much money as you do, you'd have a little bit. Then to our room. Very tacky and it smelled as if it had never been cleaned. It was a smoking room (which is not something I requested, or wanted) so I'm sure that had something to do with it, but it wasn't tasteful at all. No room service, and you're not able to call the late night food place and order over the phone, you have to do it in person, and they haven't been trained in customer service either. You also aren't able to have alcoholic beverages in your room. I didn't visit the casino, but my husband wasn't too fond of it. If you want to go to a place where you feel at home and clean, I wouldn't suggest this place.

The Friday night seafood buffet was worth the $20. The crab legs were big and easy to crack. Prime rib was better than a lot of other candy restaurants I've been to. Service was okay. It took a little longer than usual to get our plates cleaned off the table and our drinks refilled. Overall decent experience. I would go back for the great food.

only complaint I have were the beds...they were like trampolines and not what we were used to.. but rooms were clean and otherwise comfortable. casino had a lot of different machines,just wish I could of played longer cause they took your money fast. would of liked the café to stay open longer than 2pm..but the food arcade was okay.

I will NEVER go back to this god forsaken place. My sister had her wedding reception at this location. We set up Friday afternoon and had nothing but attitude from the event coordinator, Terry. While we were setting up, I went to the hotel side to ask about early check in for the bridal party (6 rooms) was told at first that it would just depend on if the room was ready or not, but guaranteed check in was at 4. I then asked if my parents would be able to check us in and with a rude tone and a lot of attitude she told me "absolutely not". I told the bride what I was told and she talked to Terry, Terry told her to write down the names and she will make sure the rooms are ready and will even try to check us in, but wasn't sure that she would be able to. Wedding was at 3, reception starts at 5/530. I got to the hotel at 4:10 had to stand in line for 35 minutes to check in. By this time it's 4:45 and I have about 15 minutes til I have to go to the reception. I was told my room is not ready, its being cleaned. I had all my luggage with me I asked what they wanted me to do and the lady told me that it wasn't her problem and to deal with it. She then asked me if I had someone that was already in there room that I could put my stuff in their room. Thankfully my parents checked in the day before and I could. Terry came up to me after I came back down from my parents room if I was checked in I told her no that my room wasn't ready and walked away. At that point I had a very harsh, rude, nasty attitude and was very harsh with my words. When I finally got a chance to go check in it was fairly quick to check in and either Terry had followed me or by happenstance she was there, but while I was checking in she had my room comped for the inconvenience and gave me a verbal apology for the inconveniences. While I appreciated the comp, the apology is what I needed. Out of 10 staff members I encountered, only 2 were polite and nice. I made sure to thank them for being polite and having a customer service attitude as it is lacking everywhere else. This is one place that will never see another dollar of my money, nor my families money.
