I’ve never had a bad meal at any of Emeril’s establishments and last evening was no different. Young Mike, Brad & Devonte were our attentive service crew. I engine the truffle roasted and fried chicken with collard mac & cheese. It was absolutely amazing! I can’t speak highly enough of the great food and stellar service. The cherry apple cocktail of the day was delicious too!

I wish I could give more Stars. My wife and I first time to New Orleans, and I booked this reservation a month in advance. First the host to the waiters and overall service awesome! We were treated to a salmon Tartar first as a congratulations to our Anniversary, which was delicious. Our meals and service was incredible! When we return to NOLA we will definitely be making another trip to this fantastic restaurant.

The food was excellent. Was expecting great service and was not disappointed. Can't wait to visit again! It is a little pricey. Also,if you like wine most selections are by the bottle and not the glass.

Food Bar is fAB. If you are a foodie and enjoy watching and experiencing the food experience this is a fantastic experience. We watched and talked to Amanda. The fact that she could visit with us and still achieve all she needed in the kitchen was beyond expectation. IT was and experience! Each of the food items were terrific. They split the plates without concern. There was no extra charge. They split the total bill for the two of us. Would I go again? Absolutely!

Went with my 80 year old mom who had never been to New Orleans. We got lucky with a last minute reservation for two. The service was wonderful they were very patient with my mom's hearing difficulties. Had the gumbo, scallops and shrimp. All we're fantastic. The banana cream pie was one of the best I've ever had.

It was so good, we sat in the bar that faces the cooks, they were all great chef's worked like a fine tuned piano, all doing their tasks perfectly. I've never sat in such a bar, but it was well worth it. Mr. Emeril your chef's are all top notch. Food was delicious, service was excellent. Price was all worth it! If I would have been a cookl this is where I would like to work!!

We went there for dinner and we had the steak fillet that is on the menu and the other had the gulf fish special. Both were delicious the fish was Swordfish and it was pecan crusted and was very savory. For appetizers we had one gumbo and one Emeril's salad. Both were very good. Although the food was excellent the dining experience is what was so unbelievable. You hear often about the customer's always right or customer service is very important will this restaurant takes that to a new level. We had a late dinner and I didn't want any caffeine so I asked if they had chamomile tea. They actually brought me a hot pot of chamomile tea that I could pour over ice so that I can have something cool to drink. This is not a normal request and what I learned quite quickly is the staff are trained to say yes to just about anything. Everyone was very friendly and jovial. The atmosphere was nice you could see the kitchen and watch the cooks prepare the food. They did have quite a large bar signs that happy hour were from 5 to 7. An impressive wall with all of the awards won by the restaurant. A definite must if you're in New Orleans.

BEST. FOOD. EVER. The only complaint is that the hostess paid no mind to us while she spoke to another co worker. We waited...and waited... mind you we were the only people standing by the hostess table... porkchop was amazing. The gravy... was not for me.. luckily my server told me to request it on the side!

Service is great! Love being able to eat great meal without that pretentious feeling you get at some fine dining spots. Meals are also a great size - and include vegetables with the main course, so you won't leave hungry. The area is very nice too, more relaxed and clean than some other new orleans areas.

Going to a restaurant like Emeril's one expects great service and good food. I must say I was not disappointed. I didn't have a reservation but was seated in front of the kitchen. Fortunately I was seated next to someone who was a delight to converse with.

My girlfriend and I just got back from our vacation in New Orleans. We went here two nights ago and it was great. Mike (the head waiter) was very knowledgeable about the local beers and was very attentive. Tyler (our other waiter) was a true gentleman. At first, he gladly moved a seat from his own section to the bar so that my girlfriend and I could sit down. He was also super attentive and our glasses were never empty. The food was amazing and the place is very nice inside. Definitely one of the highlights from our trip!

This place is very famous. My husband, who loves fried food and organ meats loved his dinner. I was looking for a more healthy alternative. That's nearly impossible here. The fish of the day was crusted in sausage! I ended up with 2 scallops for my main course. They were very good, but I was really hungry even after a salad and the BBQ shrimp appetizer (5 very small shrimp!) Again, if you enjoy high fat, fried foods and sausage, this is the place for you!
