I did go back to this casino my husband and I. And I must say. We had a better experience. We had a lot of fun. So this is for Paula Hutchins. Thank you whatever you did or said to your staff. We had way better experience and will definitely come back

Had a great day at Diamond Jacks on new Year Day. Great slots and attentive staff. The brunch was fabulous and even had free champagne. Will definitely make this an every year event.

The room was old, cracks in the shower, no hot water in the shower. Seen bugs. The people working there are very nice. The little coffee shop had the nicest people working there.

Fun adult entertainment with free adult beverages that is more than willing to keep your hard-earned money! Several restaurants on location. The buffet is always tasty, with seafood on weekends. Buffet is pricey at $24, unless you have coupons. The hotel is nice and ckean as well.

Staff, even though I've read several bad reviews and some good, my wife and I will be visiting the casino Sat and hope to celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary there. Please make sure that our stay is pleasant and pleasing. I look forward to seeing you on Sat.

We didn't like our stay. When we got there we were not greeted at the customer service desk. The next morning the TV turns on At 5:00 am....and then our telephone is telling us about a alert message to get out of our rooms and to take the steps....around 7:00 am. we are on the 8th floor. With my knee surgery that would have not been a good trip. The room was hot and we could not adjust it because it was lock. They didn't clean our room while we were gone. And as we left they didn't ask if we enjoyed our stay.

We got a room and boy was that a mistake!! First off, the room is really outdated. But that can be overlooked. The room was run down and dirty. It was a non smoking room, but you could smell the years of smoking that use to be in there. The carpet had burn marks everywhere from the past smoking. The only thing that was clean enough to touch with bare skin was the bed and the sink. Whatever you do,,, do not stay at Diamond Jack's .........

The place was empty. Virtually no staff other than about 20 security officers. Barely any customers either. The restaurant and bar are only open on the weekend. Poor selection of slots. 80% are reel style. Too many other great casinos within a mile. This place was just sad.

Rooms are very dated. No flat screen TV, the shower filled with water and took forever to drain, the arcade game room for the kids had only a few games that were actually functional. Not my favorite place to stay down there! But they do have one of the better casinos that pay out nicely and the jacuzzi tub in the room is nice.

Old, old, old they have 3 floors and all 3 with very few machines. You have to run for the good machines if you want to have fun. The Buffet super over priced. The staff is very nice but they know the place is going down. Smell of smoke all over no really an area where you can play without cigarettes laying all over it. Bathrooms were clean and nice. They only have 1 elevator to move between floors with games and you spend a good time waiting for them. Is best to drive to Oklahoma.
