Beautiful and high-class atmosphere. The staff was amazingly friendly. We visited for the casino and didn't have much luck but had fun. The floor was well planned and easy to navigate. They have all machines for any taste.

Went to the buffet to enjoy a little southern cooking. Food was delicious and varied. Staff was very hospitable and engaging. Not too fancy but very family friendly!

NO FAMILY POOL!!!! The rooms need serious updates. I'm sure during the early 90s they were fabulous. The common areas are nice and the rooms are clean. It's just disappointing there's no pool for children. I saw many families, besides ours, with children. You have to leave the hotel grounds to find family activities. It was 90+ degrees and it would have been nice to hang out at the pool with the kids.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE!!!! Everyone was so friendly and helpful to us on our stay! From a very easy late check in to the casino staff being so sweet and cheerful! The food was so delicious!!! We will most definitely be coming back in the future!! 5 stars all the way around!! Our room was so clean and fresh! And NON-SMOKING major points with me!!

Great place. Good service. They go out of their way to make you comfortable. If you've never been go just to see the million dollar wall. Out of all the casino in the area it's one of the best. Always leave happy. Even happier when I win big.

I really want to give 1 star! Mostly cause I think that's the fastest I've ever wasted 100 bucks. Mark is a great guy, he was very sweet and helpful and taught me baccarat- panda style? Anyway I won once and lost 3 times. Still fun. The slots are just ugh. That's what are all my gambling money up!

The hotel is located in a great place along the river, close to the outlet mall. The staff is very friendly. The reason for not rating it higher is the fact that they supply no hotel information binder or map in the rooms. Also, if you are in the rooms and want to watch television, there is no TV listing on screen to show what programs are on. All you get are the main network logos such as CBS, ESPN, FOX, etc. It forces you to sit through the network commercials to find out what is on a channel. The program selection is very poor for a hotel this size.

It's conveniently located and was easy to find. I was greeted with a friendly smile and made to feel welcome by every employee that I came across. Check-in was a breeze, and our room was wonderful. It was spotlessly clean & smelled good. It had a separate seating area apart from the bed, with a couch, coffee table, and a desk with a chair. The bathroom was large and very clean and the towels were ribbed style and thick and plush compared to most other hotel towels. The Hotel staff as well as the employees in the casino were amazing, and we would definitely stay here again.

The Horseshoe Bossier City is a very nice hotel. The rooms are nice and well kept. The buffet is good in the evening I wouldn't suggest going to the buffet for lunch. The staff is also very nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend considering Horseshoe Bossier City to anyone.

Great place to meet new people and win money! I love the new video blackjack table. It's fun to get drunk and heckle the videogame dealers. Get in a good laugh along with other players. TIP** your waitress or you'll never see her. The drinks are free so, pay a dollar for a beer 🤷‍♂️ Great place to spend some time with the S/O

love this casino. hotels nice. good gambling. great service. the drinks are made just right when your gambling and hotel staff is friendly. would definitely recommend this place for a weekend getaway. valet service and bell staff were also very helpful.The hotel is not over priced during the week the rates are very reasonable and excellent views .

This review is for the hotel portion. The hotel room was clean, roomy, smelled great and had a decent view. The bathroom was spacious & had a deep/wide bathtub that would be perfect for a nice hot bubble bath. Best of all, it was quiet. We could not hear noise from the hallway, room next door, or outside! The hotel also offers... FREE valet parking!

It was extremely awesome! ! Everyone was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was exhilarating yet relaxing. The rooms were clean, spacious and elegant LOVED how we were treated like royalty with a classy home style flare. Would recommend Horsehoe Hotel and Casino to everyone !!

Location of horseshoe was fantastic. Close to downtown and great bars. The penthouse suite was very nice! Great view! Awesome shower and jacuzzi tub. Can't complain!

Horseshoe was nice, and the staff are friendly. In the casino, they bring drinks quickly and are very friendly. The slots are older, but they pay out fairly. The dealers at the tables are willing to teach you new games, which makes for a very fun evening. The buffet was decent, nothing extravagant, but the taste was good. I can't complain about the price, as everything at a casino is expensive. The room was a letdown though. As fancy a everything downstairs is, the rooms themselves are anticlimactic at best. Overall though I really enjoy Horseshoe.

It was awesome. But the 8oz burger bar!!! The workers and the food was awesome. They were really busy. They were great. The owner on an other hand was NOT professional he came in every day we were in there and was so rude to all the staff. They were doing a great job. He would be mean and jump on them for NO reason. My Husband owns his own company ad he may say something to his guys but not in front of customers. He needs anger management and stop jumping on his staff for no reason they were really great.

Went to the horseshoe casino for our anniversary and had a wonderful time. The receptionist asked us if we would like a room up high or down low. We chose an upper level room. The room was very clean and roomy. we had a premium room with a king size bed. Bed was comfy. Room has a mini fridge, a large screen TV, seating area and giant tub. We had a good view of the city. Everyone was friendly and we will be going again soon. Just wish we had won more!
