Live! Market Buffet

Great place to go to for a fun night out. Free non alcoholic beverages. The alcoholic ones can be pricey depending on what you get. Two separate smoking areas, if you're a smoker. A large variety of slot and card games. The food places are really good too.

Live! Market Buffet

Hundreds of slot machines. Not too overly powerful smoke smell. So that is nice where you can leave and not smell like an ash tray. The slots were hitting pretty well. There are a ton of restaurants in there plus live music and bars. Lots of free parking in the parking garage. Very friendly staff. Will be going back.

Come beer, nice staff and clean bathrooms. Reasonably priced table games too. 4 card poker the dealer is dealt last so that tips the odds ever so slightly. Other casinos in the area dealer gets dealt first. No thanks! MD Live is always fun.

This review is about the hotel itself. Big pluses it's location (less than 40 minutes drive from DC) and direct connection to the casino and just 3 minutes walk to the center of the shopping mall. The room decor is pretty nice, they are clean and have ample of amenities (supplemental coffee, towels and so on). The staff is attentive (some reviews mentioned that staff were rude - nothing like that here). Check in and check out was a breeze. So, why 4 stars? I get used to having minibar - here a fridge but no drinks. Also a little bit late check in time - past 3PM. Overall it was a darn good time. And finally couple technical details - hotel charges around $15 resort fee (worth it - the spa is nice) and it's $150 hold for accidental fee (some people counted it as "erroneous charge".

The new hotel is fabulous. No fridge or microwave in room but it was clean and modern. Able to easily hit the casino up... Grab drinks and a tasty meal at the hotel bar and head up to room.

Brand new addition to the casino is the hotel and restaurant (David's). The rooms are nice with an eclectic style. The casino is spacious with many places to eat. Best high class restaurant in the casino is The Prime Rib $$$; medium range $$ food - The Cheesecake Factory and Bobby Flays Burgers. Also is directly connected to an outlet mall and stylish movie theatre, making this venue extra special.

We had a great time here. The room was small but didn't feel small, well furnished with modern technology. The games seem well maintained and the staff is mostly great. Good front desk experience and decent atmosphere. Will come back for sure.

We had a great time. The front desk team experience was wonderful. We were first time guest, and the desk team made sure we knew about the features of the hotel. We felt like high rollers on a low roller budget. The room was very nice. The room has a tablet for you to use. It displays your name, and you can track the daily room bill and any other charges. The walk-in shower was a nice touch. The casino was - a place to eat your money. But we enjoyed ourselves. We ate at David's restaurant once for dinner, and twice for breakfast. What we did for the second breakfast was order one meal and split it. And we still could not clean our plate.

Johnny Gill Concert - The event Stadium seating along the back wall are too small. Sitting next to a very large lady and her body touching me the entire night. Seats are so tight you have no wiggle room. The cup holders attached to the chair is a big joke. Impossible to reach the cup holder with out bumping into person next to you. Floor seating is the best option. The area where they control the sound in the back had cords on the floor covered in a rug. I tripped over this rug and very embarrassing. I was wearing hills. Please come up with a better solution The sound is not great sitting along the back wall.

Live! has it's ups and downs, but it's generally a good time. Games are good. Plenty of slots, but really shines at table games. Food selection is pretty good. Love Morty's. Hate Bobby's. Everything else is in between. The Rams Head events can be really fun. Occasionally even get some A-list and/or international superstars. As a local, we go pretty often and don't get burnout.

Spent one night for $215.00. The staff was great and the hotel was clean. Unfortunately the toilet didn't work the next day. We called the front desk 4 times for help. After 2 hrs of waiting we gave up. Packed our bags with no shower because we didn't know when they were coming. And we had to use the bathroom we couldn't hold it no more. They could have gave us 1/2 the money back since we only used half the room. Earl did say he will make it up to us the next time we come. Sorry EARL we will never come back. 7/3/18 Looks like the only way to get a response from owner is if you give a 5 star review. Fix the problem just don't ignore it. 7/6/18 For everyone that is keeping up with this post no one has contacted me yet. Just like staying at the hotel no service. 7/8/18 still no response from the front desk manager like you said. It's like waiting for the toilet to get fixed all over again!!!!!

I went Live! Casino for my first visit to a casino. I was very excited to gamble with my girlfriend, who also had never been to a casino, but I did not know exactly what to do when playing the table games. I still tried to play Black Jack at a low stakes table but the dealer made me feel like a moron because I didn't know how to use the hand signals to receive another card, and made other beginner mistakes. I felt embarrassed and left after my first hand. I would not go back to the casino because the rude black jack dealer soured my entire night.

I visited the casino for the Black Alley show on 7/3/2018. Parking was a bit of a hassle since the lot is shared by Arundel Mills mall. My friend had a room so we met there before the show. The room was a corner unit that had a very nice set up and pretty view of the surrounding city. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. When the show started we ventured downstairs to the casino (the casino and hotel are connected) and were easily ushered into the show where we had a VIP table. The waiter was prompt throughout the night with our drink orders and had a very pleasant attitude. I enjoyed the way the venue was set up and could see the stage very well from where we were seated. I overall had a wonderful time and can't wait to visit again!

Check out the new hotel at the casino. Absolutely beautiful. Love the casino, too. So welcoming. We ate at the new David’s restaurant one night and had drinks at David’s bar the following night. Food is delicious. We don’t smoke but the new orchid gaming patio is something to be seen. Open air and the decor is cool. Love this place!

I'm out of town from Seattle and I'm here working. I love going and checking out all sorts of places, including casinos! Live is one of the nicest I have been to in awhile. I gave it a 4 star because the minimum bets are so crazy high. I'm a craps player and when the min is $25, I don't even wanna think about playing

Not a bad casino. Great location. They finally have $15 blackjack again which is huge for me. One of the things I really don't get though is why they got rid of the 1/2 poker tables for 1/3? That just makes things messy for everyone and seems like an unnecessary cash grab. I do like that they have high hands every 10 minutes. Obviously.. there's an appeal to higher amounts, and if it rolled over I'd probably spend way too much time here. All things considered though.. this is a solid place. I'll probably be back today.

If you go knowing that you're likely to lose money...and limit what you might lose to what you can afford to lose...you should have a lot of fun. The casino has more slot machines than the Horseshoe in Baltimore or MGM at National Harbor. Some excellent restaurants...including The Prime Rib...proper security on all floors of the parking garage...and a new hotel attached to the casino. Staff is friendly. Casino always runs promotions including a lot of slot free play.

Fun, safe, organized. Will definitly go, Back! So convenient to Arundel Mills mall and local shopping, hotels, restaurants. Is clean and full of different ways to play. Weekends are more crowded then weekdays but parking was never an issue. The garage offers free parking and there are hotels in the area that offer free shuttle service to and from. A great place to visit! **keep in mind...if you have leftovers from a restaurant...you cannot bring them inside the casino. DO NOT TRY TO VIOLATE THIS RULE....SECURITY HEAVILY ENFORCES THIS! You have to walk around the outside of the casino with your leftovers or throw your food/drink away. no outside food allowed in. So park close or clear your plate!

If you want a positive and fun experience at a casino, you need to go to Maryland Live Casino. I play penny slots and the occasional table game. The staff is fun and upbeat and everyone is there to make sure you have a great time. The owner of the casino even wanders around handing out $100 bills from time to time. If you want to have a good time at a casino go to Maryland Live!

Wonderful, friendly, accommodating staff! Clean, comfortable room-loved the walk in shower! Convenient shuttle service from the hotel to Live! casino. Only one tiny recommendation—Please get real cream for coffee-both in room and at breakfast bar. Thanks to everyone at the hotel who made our stay so pleasant!

Live! Market Buffet

Great location. Plenty of nice restaurants. The Arundel Mills Mall is right next door which makes it a great shopping, entertainment and eating trip. There is a construction right now on their all new hotel which looks very nice and should open in 2018, but there are other hotels in the area too. The parking garage is convenient and large enough that there is always parking on lower levels when I go. They offer valet too. The limits are normally higher than other Maryland Casinos, but the selection of table games, slots, restaurants, concerts, and other experiences make it worth the cost of playing. Parking is free, of course it's Maryland, so alcohol is at a premium. They are slow to open new tables as crowds grow and it can feel congested because of that. I have never not felt safe while playing and visiting the area.

Fun place. Plenty to do, decent food options. Craps games are $25 minimum, roulette are $15 minimum, slots are 0.01 cents and up. Parking is ample and free. They have a nice bar and give out free soda while you play. Overall fun, safe experience.
