Good casino, terrible service for drinks. It took me an hour to get a waitress around our pit after that they couldn't offer fireball or margarita. She said the casino requires a high limit waitress to get those drinks. Finally chose a drink they were able to have made for me. That was my only complaint. Wait staff and dealers were great.

Dinner at Cafe 24/7. Had the Grilled Chicken Sandwich with broccoli. The chicken was cooked very nicely, not chewy or dry. The pesto may was good but could have used more. The broccoli was clearly frozen, not fresh. That said, it was prepared well and tasted better than standard frozen broccoli. My wife had a make your own omelet with wheat toast. She had no complaints with it, though the bread was a little too rustic for her liking. Also, the menus are now presented on tablets, which makes it a bit odd to peruse it or try to decide between two different options. Price was fine.

Our room was very comfortable. The food was good - fancy restaurant and the other sit in, non buffet one. Prices were fair. The gaming is completely in the house favor - and if you win a hand or any bet - someone is right behind you. They change something so that doesn't happen again. I'm really very impressed people like to come here, it isn't a fun gaming atmosphere at all.

Typical set up. Casinos are just not for me. The first timer perks were a total of $25 in free slot play and $5 toward food. Those were a nice a addition.I ended up paying less than $5 for a delicious medium veggie pizza from their cafe. The cigarette smell and the ease at which that $25 went down to $0 killed my mood...but I never have liked casinos. The staff were pretty friendly however and the complex is very pretty.

I understand it’s a casino and it has to make money but I HAVE NEVER WON ONCE AT THIS CASINO; I have won everywhere (Vegas, AC, Detroit, Four Winds) but here and it’s the closest casino to my home. The machines are very very tight and I would be willing to wager that their machines are the tightest in the state of Michigan. The staff is nice. The rooms are great. Drinks are a fair price. The food is very very expensive. If they loosened up their slots I would rate them higher. Four Winds is much better but it’s too far from my home.

We frequent this casino even though Hollywood is 15 minutes away from us and Firekeepers is an hour and 45 minutes away. Very nice, clean hotel with pool and great rooms. Food at the restaurants is very good especially at the steakhouse, very high end and top notch. If you make reservations they even have your name tag printed on a card sitting on your table. Great casino and we do fairly well here on the blackjack tables. When you can't get to Vegas, this is the next best thing!

Very Nice Hotel, very nice! I like the slots but they could pay out more. Please, don't be like Soaring Eagle or we will all stop coming there. Your tables are much better than Soaring Eagle. Again, I really like your hotel so please keep up the good work. The restaurant next to the escalator, awe man, they make the best blueberry pancakes and bacon. I'm almost ready to come there just for breakfast.

My first time ever going! My father took me for my birthday and I was so happy. Had such a wonderful time, even though yes, I lost money, but I loved the energy and the buffet which was amazing, like nothing I have ever seen before. I will definitely go again!!

I mean its a casino... However, not what I am used to. Pretty small and not a lot of game selections. The buffet prices are outrageous. The machines seemed to be very tight as well. It seemed like it was impossible to double your money and when you did it would eat it up faster than it took you to get it.

Had many great memories here, I always enjoy coming to this casino and look forward to future visits. This is hands down the best casino I have visited, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, staff is helpful and the food and drinks are great! I highly recommend the Tap House, it had live performers and unique drinks.

Did not win big but, you sure can eat great here. The buffet available and Fridays and Sundays is amazing. They offer crab legs and prime rib. Both are delicious and worth the cost into the buffet. I have recommended the buffet to many and all that go rave about the food at the buffet.

The best bloody Mary around. The seafood buffet was amazing and the staff at the bar were delightful. Very inviting and I don't really even go to casinos much. Not my thing even though I'm REALLY good at cards and dice. I stay away for obvious reasons but I really enjoyed how well the staff was about jus watching. Very friendly

Aah, Firekeeers. My home away from home. Staff is always friendly and lots of them have been there for years. Cleanest casino I've been to. Great place to go to get away from it all. Just remember to never bring more than you can afford to lose.

The supervisor at the buffet (Mitchell or Michael) was HORRIBLE. He was super RUDE and started yelling at people! He needs to get his a$$ checked and realize his job is to service the people eating there.The food was gross and we would not go back to that place EVER!

I get that security has to be tight at a casino, but really, this place just can't stand to see winners. Anyone walking in with a big ass ball of cash can win all they want, but anyone who goes in with a hundred bucks or so will be always be allowed to only double their money if their winning. Anyone who can turn a couple hundred bucks into a couple thousand bucks is always accused of some kind of cheating and banned. Never happened to me as I've learned from watching and leave before I turn a massive profit. Even those who like slots or roulette get the same treatment. If you ain't got much money, then go because it's one of a handful of places with decent shows. If you have a limited budget, just avoid the gambling aspect.

Buffet was ok - acceptable for a small town casino, only because they at least served steak - which tasted ordinary, but at least something to boast about cause its not cheap. Event Center was a DISAPPOINTMENT. Didn't enjoy the concert cause I couldn't freakin' see anything but people's heads! Good thing they have a big monitor -- so maybe next time I'll just watch it on video, instead of going to this place. (Suggestion: Check out concert room at The Mirage where Boyz to Men performs - small room (bigger than your event center, though) but no one has to fight for a view. Kudos to you, Mirage admin! -- and the tickets were $30 cheaper!)

Machines very tight. Food isn't bad most of the time. Only stayed at the hotel a couple times. Even tho I get free rooms occassionally, they never have any available when I try to make a reservation. I probably won't go much anymore because they are removing all the machines I like. Hard to understand why they would eliminate the most popular slots.
