Went on a fri and the place was dead and clearly so was our waitress because she barely came around. The service sucked, the food was decent and the drinks were good.

It has really went down hill since it opened. We ate at the bar & it took several minutes for either bartender to even ACKNOWLEDGE us not even I'll be with you in a few. The food choices were mediocre. Try somewhere else.

Great food and good service. They were able to get us in when the buffet was full and we were happy we went to Hard Rock instead. Same delicious food as the buffet....if not better!!!

Love this place! Service is usually friendly, food is always great! I love the hurricane drinks! Beware of the brownie desert, 2 of us couldn't finish it after such a big dinner! Love the atmosphere inside the restaurant. Down side is walking all the way through the casino to get to it. Will definitely be back!

I wanted to order the Hickory smoked combo. The menu stated your choice of pulled pork, Brisket or ribs. I wanted two Brisket and pulled pork. The waitress refused stating I had to get one of each. I asked for a manager and showed her the menu stated customer choice. I was very disappointed in the way I was treated Hard Rock Cafe in Four Winds Casio in Michigan.

Been coming here for years and it use to always be our favorite place to dine and enjoy a night out with our family. In the last year the back of the house have gotten so lazy and sloppy with their work ethic. I’ve had to send my steak back every single time because they cannot ever cook it right. The appetizers are some of the best food on the menu but if you’re going out for a nice steak you’re better going to copper rock and spending the extra money. They do have a killer Oreo cheesecake if you have a sweet tooth.
