Worse experience ever! The room was not what we were told we booked, jack and Jill share a bathroom??? They don't tell you that you also have to share the TV and towels! They gave us 2 towels for 4 people and a half a roll of toilet paper. Jill's room is nice with bedside tables and a flat screen TV, Jacks room has a bed and that's it? No side tables, no TV just a bed! , when I went to the front desk to complain the manager literally raised his hand as if he was going to slam it on the desk, then proceeded to Scream at me "IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, I WILL BOOK IT AGAIN". When I asked to talk to his boss, the BOSS said "I spoke to my staff who were there and there was no wrong doing on our part" Never again!!! Stay away!!!

My family and I, including our dog, absolutely adore this place. We went for travels without anything planned and this was a great location. We have a sliding glass door that walks out to a lawn and looks out to the water. Great size room for the price also! We started at the north end of spruce building.

Love this place. Reasonable prices. Right off the highway. Clean, comfortable, very cozy inside. We had a room with a jacuzzi tub for a great rate. Definitely a recommend. And the staff is fabulous!!!

We stayed for a week in July 2018. We had room 142 in the Spruce building. It had two queen beds and a pullout sofa. The room had a mini fridge and microwave. If you're looking for a fancy hotel, you'll probably be disappointed. If you're looking for a an affordable resort with a nice outdoor area, plenty of amenities (especially to keep the kids busy), and free breakfast, you'll be as satisfied as we were. Yes, some things are a bit dated, but everything is well maintained and functional. This is a family owened business so you'll feel good about supporting them. You see the owners (I presume,), around the property checking on things. From what I saw, they treat their employees well too.

Can you say price gouging! We paid $160 per room for 4 rooms. For that price, I expect a decent updated room. This was so not the case. The old a/c unit dripped condensation inside and soaked our stuff on the table below it. The windows were dirty, the walls needed to be painted. From a distance, the outside looks nice. I've stayed in different hotels in St. Ignace the past few years and have gotten what I paid for. This was not the case.

The lodge is located just off of I-75. The lodging were comfortable and we'll sized for our needs. A negative would be the poor park lot layout

The room was clean but very dated. The tv is small and the bathroom was smaller. We rented the room through a budget website and it felt like we were in the “discount area”. The bed was uncomfortable and we could hear our neighbors very easily. The renovated lobby was the best part.

Great hotel for our budget! We were surprised at how nice the quality of things were, and the housekeeping did a great job. Breakfast was even pretty decent. Only downside is the walls are pretty thin and our remote didn't work pretty well for our TV. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed for one night. The room was dated, but the cleanest room in the area. (We stayed at a different hotel every night) This was the last room we stayed at and if I would have came here first I would stayed the entire time. The continental breakfast was impressive. It was not gourmet but egg and cheese omelets and sausage patties. The traditional items as well. Much better than cereal and breakfast bars and completely free. The exterior of the building was very clean and well landscaped. There was no trash anywhere. The bed was clean and all white, so comfy. There were extra pillows too. Bathroom was spotless. They have an indoor pool and hot tub that was open the latest 12 am. Staff was excellent. Great tips on local places to eat and explore. I will definitely be visiting this place again!
